Nothing has been overlooked. There are beautiful, but discrete hand painted, small murals that match much of the décor and art. The living room also comes with a PIANO(!) and opens onto the a covered rear patio and the grassy oasis.
To keep the house very much feeling like you are living in Mexico and not Ohio, there are lovely brick arches throughout.

I have been to Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta. I just flew back from Puerto Vallarta, and I seen the homes and condos for sale there. I went to Guadalajara to visit a co-worker who sold his home in Whittier, California and bought a house in Guadalajara, it is Gorgeous. It is in a gated community with a golf course. The pool at his house is magnificent. He is retired and so am I from an Auto and Insurance Company in Orange County, California after 22 years. I really loved Puerto Vallarta, the condos on the beach were amazing especially with views from the balcony of the Ocean. Also. there were some condos that had access to a private beach for the tenants and their families who came to visit. The homes for sale there are beautiful on a hill with pools overlooking the Beach. OMG! it was like Heaven.
Who is this woman? Another one of her GREATEST tours of a home that I have ever seen, a FANTASTIC extremely knowledgeable fun loving real realtor! Rare, very rare to love a realtor! Fabulous, and as far as I am concerned, this woman is the Queen of all Realtors worldwide! I also saw her Bellissima The House of Beauty video, wow, just wow!! I want this spectacular unique magnificent home!!

Hi! Yes, that house sold in 10 hours just off of the video to a man from Arizona. But guess what. We have sold him a tear down on the Lake and we will be listing that great house again soon. Although it does not look the same, as the owner remodeled it to suit is needs. I love what he has done. It will be coming up soon, but the price is, as you can imagine, more! Hi. Actually there is a quick shot from the video after I do my opening chat. It is the only place you see the LAKE from the house and not the drone. It's very fast...but it's there. The people that bought it LOVE THE VIEW from the Mirador...and yes, it has sold...actually there were three people in line right away. GOOD HOUSES AT AFFORDABLE PRICES do not last long. This person, bought it from the video and sending his agent to have a look and tell him what she thought. SHE SAID BUY IT...he DID. Thanks for watching and thank you for commenting. Linda
