    My mistake: There is a separate street entrance that leads to a set of stairs in the front of the property that allows you to access the unit upstairs without going through the main residence.

      On 2nd house, the views are great! Will that stunning area be used for new construction of residential or commercial?

      @@vickilindsey4499 most likely, no. It's been vacant for a very long time. I believe it may be Ejido land.

    Thank you for showcasing our home in Chapala Haciendas. We are actually only a 5 minute drive to Sorianos and 8 minute drive to Walmart. Lovely and quiet are yet convenient.

    Hi Amanda, You’re beautiful as Always. The lighting in back ground looks perfect. The one thing that kept bugging my eye is the black dot by the big water pitcher on your wall. My eye will not stop staring at it… it’s to your 😮left and to my right as I’m watching the video. lol 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

    I understand that in order to get a temporary residency in Mexico, you have to earn approximately $50K ($85k if married) Isn't that going to severely hurt builders and real estate agents, and the price of housing. Please correct me if I am wrong. The information is sketchy. But I don't want to move where I am not wanted.

      I'm not sure, I'll look into it, but I do know the monetary requirements have increased. While I know it's not good news for expats, it's excellent news for Mexico. Mexico is on the up and up, allowing a lot more Mexicans to buy in vacation spots like Ajijic and Puerto Vallarta, so developers are still selling quite well. I don't think it's a matter of not being wanted, more so a matter of Mexico doing what's best for it's own country. We're definitely welcome to be here, just the requirements are moving with the economics of the country.

    Yes, but it looks like the minimum requirements are about twice that of a Mexican medical doctor.
