@@janiehudson3444 It is a tough decision to make. My wife Teresa wants to own. For me, I would rather rent. We bought our house 3 years ago and we can sell and make money. Ok, Whatever. But for me, if I rent, then I can pick up and leave whenever I want and my money is in the bank. Tough decision. Good luck. Best, Bill
@@BillDallasLewis yes I heard you. If you can make money 💰 why not we aren’t trees . You guys are young and enjoy life . Maybe it’s a time ? Charge can be lovely. We have only received the most encouraging advice. My best Janie & Kevin Hudson
Hola Joan, Always good to hear from you. This was a great house. I could live there in a second if I had the $269,000. But, I don´t so I´ll just stay where I am. I hope you are doing well in the sunshine state. Best, Bill
Hi Bill, i love to watch your videos, keep doing a great excellent job and keep us updated of everything happening in Chapala and there Neighborhood . Chapala Fraccionamiento do you know if they have empty lots for sell to build a new house ? Thank you María Corzo
Thankyou for your videos. I like watching and you are always entertaining and very informative. I was wondering, in comparison to the prices in many other areas of Mexico, why are the prices in this area higher just like properties in the USA? Are there nice smaller homes around $100k or less? How far are you from the beach here?
Hi Btrfly, Thanks much. I´m glad our videos work for you. How far are we from the beach? Right now that is about a 4 hour drive, 1 hour in a plane. They are building a new road to Puerto Vallarta, when that is done we can be at the beach in about 2 hours. As far as home prices, in Ajijic, that is the most popular place to live for Americans and Canadians in all of Mexico. Thus, with high demand, the prices go up. We bought our house, brand new, three bedrooms, two baths, $130,000 US. that´s a great price for us. If you get away from Ajijic, you can find much better prices. Thanks for the message. Best, Bill

Hello Maria,
I live in Nuevo Chapala, that is the name of the gated community. They have hundreds of lots for sale here.
I hope that helps,
