Firmware upgrades are done over WiFi with RaceStudio3 software. Notable improvements are: - Configurable Shift Lights ( by software) - Analog/digital page change only from a dedicated command in the menu - TC and Power Select even when the bike is in movement ( Race Kit ECU) - Layout Choice between Black or White, and the option to automatically select which based on the ambient light level. - Improved Ambient Light Sensor management - Increased Display Refresh Frequency
well, When it comes time to get this for my 2018 zx10r, it will probably already be good to go. probably end of this year. still got alot of things left to do, but it's definitely on my list.
@EJR PERFORMANCE, What windscreen did you install on this bike with the dash? Also what is the correct part # for the Samco hose kit, I see so many different ones. Thank you

I predict that future OEM dashes for motorcycles, especially of this type, will be more like top end sports cars, like lambo's and top end sedans like BMW's.
Wow, that looks way better than the stock dash board! I wonder if it has a fuel gauge though which is my pet peave on the ZX10R and the reason I stay away from it. Too, bad it has too many bugs to consider it but it just made this bike look a while lot better and compelling. Hopefully they do update it and make it to the point it feels/looks stock.
Great to have something like this, but it seems to perform way below its potential ATM. For starters, the layout and font look very outdated. The dashes on the 2019 OEM bikes look way more polished and classier. I'd expect an aftermarket unit to be much more functional and customizable than an average OEM unit. Hopefully, the firmware updates make this unit a lot more desirable a few months down the line.
Stupid question but here goes, I’m buying an after market exhaust for my 2019 zx10r, an akrapovic slip on with link pipe keeping the stock exhaust headers, Will I need an ecu remap?
you don't need one... but it will be better to get a new map so the bike doesn't run to lean. I've been running a yoshi rs5 slip-on my 2006 cbr600rr for 9 years and it has never had a new map.
It is awesome looking unit but you have made it worse to be honest as it reflect too much sunlight as those units usually always doo. I think the bmw's tft dash which looks a bit like this unit reflects the least sun.
I have A 2018 ZX10 and old is gold would never change it.

Will this dash work with the 2013 and up Honda CBR 600RR? That bike does not come with gear indicators on the stock dash.
It needs a daytime mode that displays it a white background in the day then change at night like the other bikes.

the dash has auto brightness and night/day mode, but he set it to manually to low brightness and kept it in night mode.
