    Great Video Bro. Best You tube video on the 5th gen Ninja thus far!! I own a 2017 5th gen, and it's a true beast, and that's without a suspension setup. The only engine mod I currently have is a M4 slip and cat delete. I like all your racing videos, especially the fairing removal video. I needed to top off my coolant yesterday, and it was a breeze because of your help!!!! Awesome....
    We need more Vids Bro.... Keep it coming.. Your instructional videos are top notch... I really enjoy the way you interview various riders, and mechanics; straight to the point with no fluff!!!! Peace.

    To me, the minor head shake from the factory stabilizer is a warning that you’re riding close to the limit. I find it a good thing but that’s just my opinion. Ride safe, fellow 10r brothers!

    • @wildwhiskeywolf

      I agree, but also these machines are capable of so much more and having the adjustability of an aftermarket stabilizer helps make the ride safer at higher speeds

    Every bike I've ever owned needed the suspension tuned and set up for me.. That's just how it is cus they set them up for fairly light weight riders for street comfort. For my 07 zx10 I ended up raising the rear 10mm too. Helped alot with cornering turn in and stability

    • @wildwhiskeywolf

    I've got a 2018 and agree with almost everything you said. Not sure what was going on with your stock Ohlins steering damper, but I've never had head shake with mine. And yeah, ECU flash and full exhaust wakes it right up. I know a lot of people don't like the way it looks, but I love it. I've also got a 1299 Panigale S. If I had to choose between them, I'd take the ZX without hesitation.

    • @wildwhiskeywolf
      @wildwhiskeywolf  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Found the riding with a manual damper to be much more enjoyable..the settings are able to be adjusted to your exact preference which cannot be done with the stock damper...also found that the front end is much more stable coming out of turns at high speeds with the manual damper compared to the stock one...

    • @adrenalinejunkie301
      @adrenalinejunkie301 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well when I’m riding aggressive and get on gas heavy at high rpm. That front wheel hovers then that’s when head shake happens. I can see and respect wanting a manual steering dampener so your ride style and level of rider skills aren’t cut short because of looseness.

      Janpreet Singh adjusting the suspension helped a lot! The comfort is comparable to any supersport 1000cc on the market... It’s not a bike I would ride for a super long trip. Have you ever rode a 4th gen I love the 5th gens there a damn good looking bike. But are they reallyyyyy that much faster than a 4th gen? Ohhh and update I commented on one of you’re other videos about the quick shifter problem I was having. I fixed it. Turned out the quick shifter was set up for GP shift. And let me tell you I love it man. If you can get use to it it’s great.

      The 2019 Makes more power with same mods. I have a GENIV its a beast. Ive beaten plenty of modded S1000RR nothing else can really run with a ZX10 up top. I see 189MPH no problem. The new S1000rr is faster though. GENV ZX10 and S1000rr both modded would be wicked and the new GSXR1000 has crazy mid range all the bikes are really good now but I'm all ZX10R all day! @@wildwhiskeywolf Well the Gen 4 and Gen 5 are basically the same. You can even swap the plastics with just bolting on the tail section frame thingy and changing both front and rear lights. The Gen 5 has a better suspension and slightly larger head ports, but the Gen 4 is a lighter bike with a better gearing in the transmission. Overall, basically the same. I for one cant wait to see what the Gen 6 will offer.
