Two things i would like all to notice.... * despite all the metal work, his hands look very young and unaffected by work environment. i never saw a glove in this vid aside from welding. . i do similar tasks and my hands look like hell. and i wear gloves for handling sharp objects. my hands feel like leather and are tough. however , this man has been blessed with supple looking skin and dexterity. (i wonder if you consume Moringa?) * no shoez. no blood. indicates he is precise and careful or he would have a different appearance. ive been a mechanic /welder for over 30 yrs. my body was consumed by cuts , impacts and toxicity. i am in America so this probably explains that. i have always been super impressed and humbled by the way foreigners build the same things differently. we could all learn from them.Thank you my friend for this peek into your world.

Very interesting idea on making a twin cylinder from a Honda style horizontal single. I'm sure you've seen Allen Millyard's twin SS100 engines. I had the pleasure of seeing that one up close in a museum. (USA)

I own a custom Honda Cb125 thats being converted to Vtwin, its around 300cc now. Im not knowledgeable about engine, but i know its a low compression engine and the torque is quite good. It sounds really cool, almost like a small harley. Unfortunately because its a custom, its always leaking oil, its been returned to the builder to get that fixed for almost 2 years. Lol.
13:50 don't weld on an unprotected lathe, you'll destroy the ways and most certainly don't weld with the ground where you put it (you're supposed to put the ground right next to the piece you're welding, not across the lathe) or you'll destroy the bearings.
Можно спросить,каким образом вы фиксировали половинки коленвала,после того,как ,судя по видео,слегка забили их молотком,при наживлении на палец нижних головок шатунов? Их вообще то запрессовывать нужно с усилием в несколько тонн,как минимум, либо ,если натяга совсем нет,как в вашем случае,то хотя бы делать радиальную зенковку и обваривать по кругу наглухо.

Compression ratio of the petrol engine is lesser so it can't be converted into diesel engine
