my respect my man! you have created a common item an uncommon way! i like the single pin crank design. i can't wait to hear it run.
Two things i would like all to notice....
* despite all the metal work, his hands look very young and unaffected by work environment. i never saw a glove in this vid aside from welding. . i do similar tasks and my hands look like hell. and i wear gloves for handling sharp objects. my hands feel like leather and are tough. however , this man has been blessed with supple looking skin and dexterity. (i wonder if you consume Moringa?)
* no shoez. no blood. indicates he is precise and careful or he would have a different appearance. ive been a mechanic /welder for over 30 yrs. my body was consumed by cuts , impacts and toxicity.
i am in America so this probably explains that.
i have always been super impressed and humbled by the way foreigners build the same things differently. we could all learn from them.Thank you my friend for this peek into your world.

Thạc sĩ tiến sĩ cũng là chính người dân họ đi học lên chứ có phải thần thánh nhưng thực tế thì thi thạc sĩ tiến sĩ ở VN dễ hơn so với các nước khác nên nó nhiều
Quan điểm của bác đưa ra so sánh giữa bạn Dần với kĩ sư như vậy là quá sai lầm rồi tôi thấy bạn Dần tay nghề rất gỏi rất ít người làm được như bạn ấy những người ở đây như chúng ta đều công nhận điều đó, nhưng so sánh như thế thì quá khập khiễng

Very interesting idea on making a twin cylinder from a Honda style horizontal single. I'm sure you've seen Allen Millyard's twin SS100 engines. I had the pleasure of seeing that one up close in a museum. (USA)
He from east Asia. Unsure if he is able to see these engines. Also isn’t the Daimler ss100 a car?
@@chachachaudhary391 Not the car, Allen made a twin using a Honda horizontal engine, you can can find it on TH-cam. He just used a "L" configuration instead.

13:50 don't weld on an unprotected lathe, you'll destroy the ways and most certainly don't weld with the ground where you put it (you're supposed to put the ground right next to the piece you're welding, not across the lathe) or you'll destroy the bearings.

I own a custom Honda Cb125 thats being converted to Vtwin, its around 300cc now. Im not knowledgeable about engine, but i know its a low compression engine and the torque is quite good. It sounds really cool, almost like a small harley. Unfortunately because its a custom, its always leaking oil, its been returned to the builder to get that fixed for almost 2 years. Lol.

You should try to convert an engine to diesel, by attaching injector pump to camshaft , and install the injector in the sparkplug hole 👍🤔
That would be an interesting project.
Compression ratio of the petrol engine is lesser so it can't be converted into diesel engine

Don’t forget to add a steel top to the aluminum piston.

Можно спросить,каким образом вы фиксировали половинки коленвала,после того,как ,судя по видео,слегка забили их молотком,при наживлении на палец нижних головок шатунов? Их вообще то запрессовывать нужно с усилием в несколько тонн,как минимум, либо ,если натяга совсем нет,как в вашем случае,то хотя бы делать радиальную зенковку и обваривать по кругу наглухо.
Не думаю, что автор закладывает хоть какой-то ресурс в свои творения, думаю это диайвай "до забора"
