    I been doing this workout along with a lot of danielle's other workouts and I got to say The results are amazing. I went from 64.9k to 58.9 in 3 weeks and it really shows on my body. Seriously amazing results

      Xarielle Fenty u should do warm up first b4 u workout... Some small stretching also enough.. but make sure that it stretches all part of ur body... Then u can continue with the workout as i did😆

    It's my 3rd days doing this workout and today I'm doing 2 sets of this! Hoping to see a result soon after like a month! Also I'm trying to eat clean and I drink green tea everyday. I also try to jog as much as I can! Wish me luck 💪🏻

      Update: i only did it for 2 weeks before i get busy moving out. Tbh it works so well with my thighs and butt. Not much on the abs tho. But that's what 2 weeks did to me. Until now my thighs are still pretty toned. I still prefer my other workout routine tho ✌🏻️

    I remember when I first started working out I’d do this exercise every time. And I got results too, while it was my only workout. And now I use it as a cool down workout lol

    holy crap i just did this workout! its so good!! cause i hate feeling like I'm working out to get a better body or to lose weight... and its so hard to motivate me with that mentality for some reason! but the dance workout is such an amazing idea ! omg please do more!

    just did this workout and omg .. it looks so easy and smooth when she does it but i looked like a wet potato smh well when you finish it it feels geat so i'm gonna try and do this every day and see if i lose weight ! gonna keep you updated (sorry for my english lol)

      Amena Martin it's designed to work all areas but make sure you hold your abs the whole way through and it will work them without you really noticing as much as if you were to do sit ups! x

    Very good low impact / intensity for asthmatics. Still sweat like a trouper but it doesn't make you quite as breathless. Didn't struggle getting to the end even first time either (but then I do go to the gym and do daily cardio). Definitely going to do this one daily.
