Praying we don't see Gerry pull a Zach or Clayton at fantasy suites.
Ain't that the truth!
Baby girl's name please?
For real, Jesus protect them all! 🤍🕊️✨
Amen!
What did he do? I didn’t watch
I think the biggest difference between the Golden Bachelor and the younger shows is that they all have an established life - houses, kids, grandkids, horses, etc that will be harder to move. I could see it all falling apart because no one wants to move. Leslie seemed to be the least tied down.
Agreed, no one will move
literally what I said to my girlfriend as we watched last night that since he seems like he could be happy living out the rest of his years with any of the 3 that he may just choose whichever is willing to compromise the most on moving 🤷♂️
Many couples have a long time residences yet opt to spend half of each year in Florida. Gerry is retired so with any of these ladies it wouldn't have to be much different. Part of their time in Indiana and part if their time in his partner's home state. It's not that difficult. Follow your heart, Gerry!
Oh no, fatal flaw in "Golden Bachelor" idea. Maybe all should be in same area next time.@@cztober3085
Yes I suppose that could be a solution.@@rkeppel4243
This show perfectly illustrates why it's so good that Love is Blind takes contestants all from the same city each season.
I agree! If only anything else about that show worked ;-;
Yeah, I was taken aback by how freely he showed affection with Faith and Leslie. Theresa is going to be miffed when she watches this all back.

@@SAKILE1that’s what I’m thinking 💭
@@SAKILE1no! Don't tell me he ultimately picks Teresa after he told both Leslie and Faith he loved them but NOT Teresa?! What a player!

We don’t see everything.
@@peekaboots01Teresa did explicitly say that he hasn't told her he loves her.
The way I gasped when Gerry and Faith had their moment and said they loved each other 😱😱😱
I think it was a bit forced.
Another man who says I am going to stick to my guns and doesn't... Good luck surviving the backlash Golden boy.
Ugh, that was so gross!
Yeah that was the biggest one because it was in front of EVERYONE

CONGRATS BACHELOR FANTAKE AND FAMILY!!!
Faith's sister is gorgeous! Those are some phenomenal genes in that family.
Thinking the same!
I’d love to hear her anti-aging secrets!!
Her family seems fun too.
But both Faith and Theresa are very unattractive.
Because she could be Leslie’s sister as well! Gerry has a type.
Theresa was the only one who didn't get an "I love you". I think she's going home. Also, when she told him she was in love with him, he responded with, "that makes me feel so special." He might as well have said, "thanks." 😆
BRACE YOURSELF FOR A BIG SURPRISE!!
Yes he was acting like was way more into Leslie and Faith. I don't know about Faith but with Leslie she excites him. I think he wants to nail her, while he wants to protect Teresa and I don't know what he wants from Faith? He likes the way she looks at him. He has said that many times.
Congrats on the new baby!! ❤🎉😊
Congratulations on the arrival of your little girl!!
Your recap was great too. 😁
same thing Zach did in fantasy suites. He said he wasn’t going to sleep with anyone, only held strong through the first one, then threw it out the window afterwards. That’s what Gary did with the L word 🤣
This is what I think too - I don't think it's that Theresa is less inclined to get the rose - I think Gerry was trying to grapple with the idea of telling someone he loved them. After seeing how a hometown actually went, and thinking it all over with the camera interview afterward - he realized he really was in love with Theresa and came to terms with the idea of truly loving someone after his wife. And after he broke that barrier he felt freer to declare it afterwards with the next two.
The best…didn’t feel the grandkids should be involved..tacky
Agreed
Fantake, I have been watching you since day one and I am so happy for you and your precious family. You even sound different. I love the fact that you are a girl daddy. Have loads of fun and remember they grow up soooooo fast. Love ya , Deb.
The grandsons talking about Theresa's ducklip selfies was the best!🦆👄📱😂
Just LOVE your humor! I watched the kid getting hit in the face w/ the football 3 times bc the sound was so hilarious 😂 Then on each date you thinking & using Gerry’s words “that is precious “
😝 Your so talented at doing this!
The big question is who is going to move to Hudson, Indiana. I don’t see any of them moving there, but you never know. I have a feeling he does pick one of them, they date for awhile, but then he ends up dating a local woman in the end instead.
Maybe it's just me, but I've thought from the start that Faith was the one he would choose, he even gave her the first impression rose. He's brought up her looks more than once and said he couldn't take his eyes off of her. I may be wrong, but I don't think he's commented on anyone else's looks the way he has hers. Part of it may be editing, but he just acts differently around her than he does with the others. I don't know who he chooses, but if he chooses Theresa, something is fishy. He obviously likes Theresa, but he hasn't really seemed to have a romantic interest in her. Expect the unexpected, I suppose.
Same.
It's so true when they say, beauty is on the eyes of the beholder, because I think Faith is very unattractive.
Exactly!
@@nightskylights4501lol I think faith is the most attractive of the three😅
@@shakibzz Same! I'm not sure if it's her looks or her energy and grace, but I also find Faith the most attractive of the 3. I just also like her calmness the most: like she's not trying too hard, she won't compromise on her core values, and in a way she knows her worth. Idk, there's just something so kind and self-assured about her, whereas both Theresa and Leslie seem to have a bit more of that lost, insecure, needing validation feeling. (Not that there's anything wrong with that! Love em both and especially Leslie is so lovely and genuine, you can tell. I truly want happiness for both ladies.)
But again, it's weird, bc the minute Faith and Gerry locked eyes, there was just something there. She seems to bring out this peace he's been missing in his life, and in a way they kind of complete each other, despite their life-style differences. So it was a complete shocker to me and I'm sure the rest of the audience (from everyone's reactions lol) when he chose Theresa over Faith. My eyes and ears genuinely couldn't believe what I was witnessing. As his first rose, I just thought she would be endgame. It made the most sense, honestly. Their chemistry is just next level, as well. Out of the three women, she also seems the most naturally confident in herself, whereas something with Theresa and Leslie gives off "I need a man; this is my last chance! Please pick me and love me Gerry!" vibes.
Faith, on the other hand, seems like she's happy being single, in a way. Like solitude and the life she's led so far with her horses, siblings, and children is her safe space, and Gerry is outside her comfort zone. Gerry is the risk, Gerry is the leap of faith (ha! punny), Gerry is the barrier to breaking her walls down she doesn't want to take. And yet, he's her perfect match. So yeah, just seemed like a perfect love story to me bc they're exactly what the other needed, but not necessarily was looking for. And that's the most authentic kind of love, bc it's spontaneous, and it's not borne out of place of want and desire, if that makes sense. It's just real, and inevitable, and effortless. Theresa and Leslie's love, on the other hand, feels a bit selfish and wanting: like it's there to target a specific desire of theirs that they've been longing and missing for a long time, like it's there to alleviate their deep rooted insecurities that they're unable to fix themselves, like he's there to validate them. Faith doesn't give me that energy at all. She seems to be used to fixing things herself, and doesn't need or want a man to fulfill any void she might feel. If anything, seems like she usually runs away from that, and isn't used to giving herself away easily.
And like I said, I don't necessarily think she's the most beautiful of the three, and certainly I found other women in the house more attractive and there were even some women I liked more overall, but Faith just had something special to her, especially when she was with Gary. I definitely thought she was the best match FOR him. Not only would she come alive and out of her shell around him, but this creativity and warmth would radiate out of her. And he just became even softer and even more attentive around her. Like they were lost in their own world. I really think she was the best pick for him, so idk what he was thinking!
But hey, might just be an editing dupe. Those storyline editors might've been in for the shock factor, worried this season wouldn't be successful or something? So they're only showing us scenes to shock and mislead us into thinking Faith was the final pick, when it really was just a red herring... Idk. Either way, it's surprising to say the least. Bc now I'm left confused as to who to root for: Leslie, I guess? But I'm not sure how compatible they are, honestly. I don't see it having longevity. I see them having fun for a while, and entering into a relationship, but I don't see them being able to create a sustainable life together outside of this long-term. I also don't see their families meshing as much as he did with Faith's. But again, the devil is in the details! And the editing might've cut things out they didn't want us to see, who knows... But if that's the case, why not leave in all the scenes that show us the insane bond between him & Leslie and him & Theresa?? Bc I ain't seein it so far. So why were they edited out?? This is supposed to be a love story we ROOT for after all, showrunners!
So happy for your little girl to arrive. Happy Baby 🎉
I get super creepy vibes from Theresa. Something off about her. I really like Leslie for him and think that's his best match. He's really struggling about Faith because she's so far away in Washington and isn't moving and he's not leaving Indiana. He's most compatible in lifestyle with Leslie and she's only 8 hrs away by car and willing to move.
BRACE YOURSELF FOR A BIG SURPRISE
Theresa creeps me out too. Will be upset if he chooses her, especially over Faith.
@@kimberlyelkins1533 Brace yourself for a shocker!😳
What kind of creepy vibes?
Is it her Cheshire Cat mouth 😂? Or maybe cuz she tattled on the Judge Judy looking lady so she appears like a tattle tale/a little manipulative
He knows what he's going to do, and that's wny he is so upset. He doesn’t want to hurt anyone. He's sending Faith home. She doesn't want to leave her kids.
I agree and I think he will regret it.
Her kids are grown. He doesn't seem like the rural horse riding type anyway.
Why is it automatically up to her to move...what about him moving? She has a house, family, jobs, horse, and life there...he actually has less to leave than she does!
@@vanillaghetto i think it's more "type" of living. I dont think I'd move to a rural plays even if nothing held me in the city.
I agree. Am I the only one that took notice that her kids are actually grown men?
He's said "I love you" to Faith and Leslie, but this clip has him saying "I'm in love with Theresa". Could this be a statement when he's deciding between the final two, Theresa and Leslie? Gerry's feelings move so quickly.
Yes.
Ooo interesting.
Agreed. Maybe Gerry 'thinks' he's in love with all 3.
A brand new baby and you’re still putting out content! You’re amazing!
It probably takes 15 minutes 🤣
@SUGARXYLER No way, he has to watch the episode, write a script, and edit it all together. It's time consuming stuff. But if this is full time job, and he still gets to be home with baby, works out pretty good I think😊
5:34 this doesn't exactly look like the face of person who's in love.
But maybe I'm wrong , because I really like Faith for him instead of Theresa or any of the other candidates.
Gerry's most direct & believable "I Love You" went to Leslie. (Unless something was edited out of his interactions with Theresa.) Personally, I also like Faith best for him - if only she didn't live so far away!
Faith was my fav for him from Night 1.
I think she's too country for him. I don't see him riding horses and like you said his face at 5:34 was definitely not the face of a man in-love so Faith is probably out.
@@peekaboots01they made it sound super isolated but her town is only 15 minutes away from Richland, one of the tricities. It isn’t hours from amenities.
Yep Theresa ain't getting picked. Poor lady smh 😮😢 Faith is my FAVE. Sorry Theresa. Leslie is a wildcard 🃏
Theresa is creepy...seems desperate and clingy
Not the wildest fake-out Bachelor production's pulled, but as someone in LA, it was funny seeing them imply Gerry was driving to LAX, but then actually showing him flying out of the Burbank airport
Came here to say that. Although it might’ve been easier to film, Gerry on a jetway at Burbank, then getting through the security at LAX so maybe they filmed him at Burbank, and then flew him from LAX.
I thought this episode was SO sad.. these ladies are going to be crushed :(
I do wish he hadn't pulled out the I love yous like I do think he should do better than that. Faith is my pick, but I thought Joey looked better with Charity so I think maybe I don't understand what makes a final pick.
Nah cause charity’s family thought Joey was better for charity 😂 charity knew who she was picking that’s why I thought it was weird when she let Aaron b back.
Wonderful news about the baby! Congrats to the whole family.
Congrats on the baby ❤
WELCOME TO THE WORLD ELLA! I hope your wife is recovering well!
the Love word is so over-used, so what is its value???
I agree
@@jrpacer6355me too.
Wait! You skipped the part where they showed Gerry saying he knows what he wants to do, but is having a hard time doing it! (Also, I am picturing his daughters cringing at the idea he told two women he loves them. A big bachelor no-no!)
Jerry already told 2 women he loved them when he said he only want to tell one women. He already contradicting himself.
Well said 👏
Out of the three I think Gerry seems the most in love with Faith but logistically speaking I think Theresa may be end game if he's trying to remarry.
Unfortunately
Conspiracy theory. Theresa was told I love you, but we didn't see it so it's a shock when she's not sent home.
Congratulations on your new arrival of little girl fantake im so happy for you
Great recaps as always 🎉🎀
Gary has reservations about Faith because she’s not willing to move.
Personally I think it’s a no-brainer to choose Faith over Teresa.
Did I miss something? Why would Gerry think that his pick should have to move to him? They all have as much or more going on where they live, as he does. Sounds pretty sexist to me!
Why?
Why can’t he move ?
His family is in Indiana. He’s not moving over 2000 miles to Washington and she’s not leaving. Theresa and Leslie are 600-700 miles respectively and it’s drivable.
Omgoodness for the second week in a row, I wanted to throw a brick at the television! Last week for sending Ellen home, who I thought he would end up picking. Then yesterday for NOT handing out the 2nd rose during the episode!!!!!
He walks away with a brunette bride in the preview. But not giving out the rose at the end really ticked me off
I believe the preview shot was from episode 2 - the wedding photoshoot. Specifically with Nancy, he and nancy had their emotional chat and took a walk. So not sure we can go off that anymore

I still think he liked Ellen more than Theresa 😢
Faith’s sister for the golden bachelorette! Lol
Congratulations BF on your new baby! Very impressive that you're still putting out videos, take all the time you need 🎉
Man you found the one clip of Vince McMahon tearing up
I see a lot of comments saying Gerry won’t move.. but he def could? He’s been alone a long long time and he’s ready to find his person which includes figuring out the logistics and doing what’s best for all. And it could maybe be intimidating to try to move a new wife into his and Toni’s dream home ya know. I just think it isn’t the craziest challenge a couple will have overcome.
Loved the sound effect when Faith's grandson caught the football thrown by Gerry! 🏈
I think he has the realest connection with Theresa and the producers and editors are psyching everyone out leaving out footage for shock value. I think it’s so gross and wrong saying he loves or is in love with all three women, but unfortunately they did sign up for most likely rejection.
The Batman/Room edits 👏 I’ve been anticipating your recap. Thanks so much. Congrats on the baby!!! 💖
To me he loves her because he's only one that comes straight out and said he loved her but I don't know yet who is going to pick
I just watched the full episode. He chose Leslie at the rose ceremony quickly! He also had the most passionate kiss with her and told her he loved her. He told Faith also but he didn't say it to Teresa.
I can't imagine, at this point, that he picks anyone other than Leslie! It seems quite obvious. But folks are saying it will be a surprise...but that would seem crazy to me!
Praying it isn't Theresa!!!@@vanillaghetto
@@annmerley52why not Thresa? 😂
@@vanillaghetto I also feel Leslie is the front runner. He gave her a rose right away.
He may have said it to Theresa and they edited it out.
Seeing the Office bit about "you can't smoke that in here" brought me flashbacks to being in labor with my first and nearly having to call security on my MIL because she was vaping IN MY HOSPITAL ROOM!

@@ladyeowyn42 thankfully not!
I think he’s infatuated and attracted to faith, but he really loves Leslie
And Teresa he said he was in love with her
This is so wild, I truly can’t predict who will go home. I personally think he’s the least compatible with Leslie, but that’s just my own personal view from watching. I think he’d do great with any of them. But it does seem like him & Faith and him & Theresa have had stronger connections since the beginning. So I truly cannot pick who would go home. The show seems to want us to think it is T, but I’m going to go ahead and guess Faith, due to the logistical issues. Those things matter a lot more when you’ve lived your whole life in one area, EVERYTHING you have is there. It is totally valid for neither to want to move, but it does make it to where objectively they can’t be together even if they have strong feelings, especially when he has two other women who either live close or are willing to move for him.
Hug jumps at 72 are not a good idea.
Heck yeah!! Congrats BF!!
So they film in LA, go to hometowns, and then fly back to LA for a rose ceremony, then go on fantasy suites? Damn
Disgusted by him telling all the families and women he loves them.hes a "golden player". I think the guy isn't sincere....they built him up too much.
Yes, kind of changes my opinion of him. Leading them on.
I agree. I always thought he might be a player. Seems a bit off to me, even if he's not a player.
@@LDiamondz he told Ellen that she's his girl. Fine to like several but not kind to lead them on.
@@edwinamendelssohn5129 Right. He's saying way too much to these women, for a guy who claims he has very little dating experience since his wife passed. He's a bit too smooth, now. Not how he was portrayed in the beginning of the show. Lonely awkward widower, suuuuure. 🙄
@@LDiamondz Disappointing.
🩷 CONGRATULATIONS on your baby girl bachelor fantake !!!!!!!!!!! 🙏🏻 🌎 welcome to the family !!!! ☺️☀️
Is it just me or do you guys feel like his love for Teresa is really forced because of how forceful Teresa and her family are. He specifically said yeah I don’t know if I love your mom until after her and her sisters were like you were the man for her you’re her dream man you’re the person she’s going to end up with for the rest of her life it felt really Attackish to me, and Gerry kind of seems like a pushover, and it feels like he convinced himself of his feelings for Theresa because her family was trying to convince him that he loves her rather then coming to that conclusion on his own like he did the other women. Plus his description as to why he loved her was weak compared to the other families and even his declaration of loving Faith was interesting ( I wasn’t a fan seemed empty and perforative)cause his face said otherwise. And they never air the hometown’s in the actual order that they happened, so I doubt that Teresa was actually first I bet you they put them in that order to show the least passionate to most passionate.
Great points. I bet she told them to be nice to Gerry because she's in love with him rather than let them gives their true feelings about him. I noticed it seem forced with the daughter Jen.
If we are talking logistics, Faith is completely OUT. She’s not leaving Washington and it’s too far from his fam. Theresa and Leslie are relatively equidistant from him, but Theresa’s “commute” would be easier, so I do not think Theresa is out. I say this mainly because I don’t trust the editing here. We are being manipulated, IMO, by his not saying he loves Theresa. Not sure that didn’t happen but for some reason the editors are trying to make us think he didn’t say it to her.
I am still sticking with Theresa as his final pick. Production wants us to think Gerry will send Theresa home because he didn't tell her he loved her. Maybe he wants it to be a surprise to her, but he did say he loved her to the cameras. It's good television in all of its glory
I completely agree with this. I think Theresa is his final pick if not then Leslie. I don’t think it’s Faith.
I just watched an interview Gerry gave with E and 2 young people. Of course, they asked about the Fantasy Suites (and insinuated what usually happens). He has always stressed at this age it is about talking and intimacy comes later. He told these kids it was talking about mores and values. Previously, he mentioned Church.
Right now, physically no doubt about it he has a physical thing for Leslie, and she looks F1 at this point. He is a man, and as a married senior woman, I can tell you men remain men.
However, given what we hear him say about what he wants to talk about in the Fantasy Suite - Church, commonalities, etc. - I am wondering if we are going to be in for a surprise and a turnaround?
Remember now, if we hear any of the Fantasy Suite discussions, we will be fortunate. They are guaranteed that privacy.
I just love these recaps. Your comedic timing is perfect. Keep up the great work @bachelorfantake
Theresa is NOT the One!!!! Faith is NOT The one either.....
I have this gut feeling that if he chooses Theresa he would be another bachelor statistic they won’t last long and surely not as long as his late wife
Why? That’s rude to say
It is impossible for him to be married to any of the three as long as his first wife. They were married 43 years. Gerry would be 115 years old! Unless they both convert to vampirism! 😂
@@LDiamondz 😆😂😁
I was disappointed when Gary said he loved Faith since he "only wanted to say I love you to one more woman." Just how much input do the producers have in "guiding" his narratives??
Did Gerry do a Ben Higgins? Is that an Indiana guys' thing?
Send Theresa home, 😊please. 😊
It sounds like he says (not on camera) that he’s IN LOVE with Theresa. It could be a spliced sound bite… but he only told Faith and Leslie he LOVES them. Doesn’t say anything about being IN LOVE.
Damn he sure was acting like he was in love with Leslie! He had her up against a wall smooching like two kids and he told her he loved her. Last episode told her she was his girl. What a player.
Since I am close to Gerry's age I feel it is ridiculous to believe that he strategized to share his feelings of love in different ways to differentiate caring vs being in love. Follow your heart, Gerry, and share your feelings in your own way!
Theresa actually says right before the rose ceremony that he didn’t say it back so it wasn’t splicing he just didn’t tell her
Congratulations on your baby girl!!!!🎉🎉🎉
I think Theresa is going home - I was surprised she was in the last three! She's just seemed a little coo coo ever since the episode where she was sharing all the details about their date. Don't get me wrong, the right gal went home over that whole thing - Trina? The one that looks like Caitlyn Jenner. Plus Leslie & Faith are pretty similar to each other - I think that will be a hard decision.
Awwwwwww Congratulations Dad Fantake, well done Mom and welcome to the world baby girl Fantake and love to you four Fantakes what great news.
This seems like one of the most divided top 3 comment sections I’ve seen, it’s so hard to tell who he’ll pick just because of all the factors that come with them being older
Oh gosh!!! These children should not be involved. So wrong!!!
It’s just my opinion, but I really think ( from what we have seen , of course, I don’t know what has happened behind the scene) that Teresa is the best match for Gerry for a few reasons. One , she can relate to his losing his spouse and the hurt one feels personally, as well as how painful and difficult it is to watch your children lose their father ( you are grieving for your loss and at the same time you have to remain stoic for your children . ( believe me it sucks)
Another reason I believe that Teresa is the one who he should choose , is that I assume ( yes , only assume) that she is financially independent and would understand that Gerry might feel that he has responsibilities to protect his finances ( maybe for his children, who knows , but having experienced the situation where it was very important to me to make sure that the financial decisions that my late husband and I had made during our time together were to eventually go to my children. ( I am just guessing that Teresa and Gerry having both lost their spouses might feel this way too)
Also, I really think Teresa has a good sense of humor ( birthday suit) and she let him know she had a playful side.
I personally think that Teresa looks great for her age and Leslie looks a little hard around the edges.. ( just my opinion)
I also think it’s going to come down to Leslie and Teresa and hopefully he picks Teresa.
I strongly agree with this 👏🏽👏🏽 let’s see how it goes though!
Congratulations on your baby girl! So happy for you!
When you get to a certain age of maturity, things like religious beliefs, political views, etc. become much more important than when you're young. Faith is Mormon, Leslie is Jewish (as is Ellen sent home last week) and Gerry is Catholic. Not sure of Theresa's religious affiliation but with a name like "Theresa" and sisters named Mary and Charlotte, it would come as no surprise Theresa is also of the Catholic faith. Faith, Leslie and Ellen have all gone through divorce (Leslie twice) and I get the impression that Gerry may have a bias against women who are divorced versus a woman who has been widowed. Gerry and Theresa have a lot more in common: Both are the same age (72 and 70), both married their high school sweethearts and have suffered the same loss and they may even share the same religious faith. All this being said IMO, it's a no-brainer Theresa will be the last woman standing. However, I don't think Gerry's end game is to get down on one knee and propose marriage to any of these ladies. He wants a gal pal for long-term companionship and he and Theresa have already talked about traveling together.
Faith is Mormon!? What?
Thank you! The voice of reason among all the hating on Theresa. She is Gerry’s peer and he doesn’t strike me as a Zaddy looking to be with a trophy. I hope he picks her.
@@taurus1647 Yes she is!
@@Water_is_Sacred777 I think Gerry is one of those rare aging men that wants a female companion with shared interests, beliefs, is relatable and who he has a comfort level with because of their similar life experiences. He'd be hard-pressed to find that with a woman under the age of 60.💯
That explains a lot!
Gerry it is time to stop this madness. There is a gal you will meet when it's time.
Faith, faith, faith! You told her you love her
I like Theresa and am most drawn to her (I am in my seventies and widowed but miss my wife every minute of everyday). But, I think that Faith is best for Gerry. However, Gerry must be willing to move to her home town. Watch him choose sexy Leslie, surprising us all!

As much as I love this... I can't help but think about the difference of "let's make a life together" and "let's spend retirement together" and also how all these women are super healthy? I mean, I know that's a theme on the regular show but this seems to really demonstrate it. I'm so happy to see a show celebrate older people but it feels so shallow when I think about my own grandparents or even my spouse that has significantly more issues. Idk. It's bittersweet I guess. Still happy to have it.
