I've never tried salted baits for sea bass. I've done salted shrimp down south for whiting and pumps though. I've gotten lazy and don't feel like making it.
Paid $60 for a whole black sea bass entree at a restaurant in downtown Boston last year. Maybe you should sell a couple of those to cover your overhead? :)
Some companies label them bait holder hooks, all purpose hooks. Depends on who the manufacturer is. Walmart/mustad sell them in big packs as "all purpose hooks"
