UNREAL ENGINE 5.3 - LUMEN NANITE - ENVIRONMENT & WATERFALLS

- This is an entirely personal environment called Trinity Valley that I created inside Unreal Engine 5 following Game constraints (Real Time PS5 and Xbox series X constraints).
Used free (Niagara) for waterfalls and paid Plugins such as Easy Fog and Ultra Dynamic Sky.
First time using the modeling tools to personalized lots of Megascans and Quixel assets so they fit my own needs for this personal project.
This environment includes free assets from Rural Australia and Electric Dreams tech demo.
Other Assets were made in Substance 3D Modeler in VR / in Z-brush.

Very very beautifull work. Awesome. Realistic. Waterfall is really realistic.
Thank you for the nice comment !
You did amazing with the waterfalls I can tell that was difficult to pull off (water is known as being the most difficult element effect wise).
Crazy,! great work! looks amazing!
Thank you for your Nice comment !Cheers
Absolutely awesome! ❤
Thank you
Great work, man!
Amazing work 👍😊❤
great work!
Damn bro... Loved it.
Thanks !
Looks Cool!
Thank you !
Yes, that's very impressive, well done ! To pre render this with a path tracer would have been impressive enough, but to make this work in real time is even more amazing. The modelling looks really good too - as a Blender user I think about mesh modelling all the time.
From your notes you said you did your modelling in substance - is that correct? I didn't know that substance had good modelling tools, I always thought it focused on texturing and baking, but I've never actually used it.
Also your lighting and stone textures look really good, they really lift the scene.
But a great result. Well done 🚀🚀
Dudeeeee 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Lit fireeeeee
awesome. 👏
Thank you!
this should be used for 3dmark benchmarking holy
Amazing
Thank you!
Super 👏
Thank you man !
awesome
Thank you 😊
Hello!
Congratulations on what you have created
May I ask where you got it from or how you made the waterfall?
how do you make this waterfall?
Unreal is nutty...
Back to unity now...
Looks awesome, what did you use for the waterfalls?
Thank you !
I used Niagara VFX emitter to creates the water drops + some simple geometries plan using a shader than pan several textures together to create a parallax effect and the refraction look for larger water volumes.
@@MT-ART-GAME those waterfalls, are you selling them somwhere? i would be interested in buying..
Please upload tutorial on this , can't wait please !!!!
where du you got the trees from? Amazing work
Thanks ! All medium /big trees are comming from the free Australia Megascan packages. I made the trees on the statue. All other foliage are megascan too.
awesome work bro, can you tell me if you're using specific Cvars or if you have specific parameters in your Post process ? like in the section Lumen Global Illumination ?
What are Cvars? Are they specific to unreal? Really would appreciate it if you could explain this a little.
no problem, "Cvars" is for Console Variables, it's some lines that you had in you viewport or in the movie render queue when you want Unreal to force a parameter (ex : r.RayTracing.Culling 0), I asked because your Lumen doesn't seems to flick or bug in your render@@richardconway6425
Beautiful work. What do you use to make the rain and local mist?
Nice to hear that !
Rain is using Ultra Dynamic Sky, available on the Epic marketplace it also provides the animated fog.
Local mist is using, Easy Fog from , www.youtube.com/@WilliamFaucher also available on Marketplace.
Would it be possible to share (or sell) the blueprints for those amazing waterfalls? Am very interested!
Hello thank you for your message,
I followed one nice tutorial in particular to make a part of the waterfalls for the water drops.
th-cam.com/video/d3lcHp197Mc/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
On the other side, I did a shader that pan a few textures together to simulated more water.
Unfortunately I can't sell or distribute them as I'm using some textures from a paid plugins that I do not own (unless I replaced those textures my mine latter on).
I could make a tutorial on how I made the waterfalls though latter on.
@@MT-ART-GAME a tutorial would be fantastic, I'd definitely watch that and I'm sure many others would too! Thanks
I second the tutorial request for the waterfalls! @@MT-ART-GAME
damn
How long did it take to do it?
Bro which laptop you use
Yo imagine the new god of war looking like this
Getting more uncharted/tomb raider vibes from this but sure
men im jealous your game design is insane but work a little bit on the water 😛😛
Water could certainly be improve :)
@@MT-ART-GAME I wonder what sort of results you could get with an alembic cache, not sure how well it would work for waterfalls but could be an interesting experiment
@@GameDev_Ev I saw some videos and wiki pages on that but I never tested it, could be a good experiment !
I was hesitating to buy fluid Flux, just to try it out too.
What are you pc specs?
PS: Great work!!
Thanks !
