Hello Adam Great video wonderful information Thank you so much I have subscribed I had a fall down stairs few years back I luckily did not break any bones But I badly tore my left Gastrocnemous Musle I now have trouble with this leg ,I have worked in Hospitals treating people and stood in one spot for hours ,I now know how bad this is for you ,Also recently just finished studying RTT sitting in one position put on some weight dealing with this by swimming as much as I can I was indoor cycling at least 3 to 6 miles a day through winter .
