I would like for Wanda to come back, and part of me thinks the Wanda who went crazy and only realized it at the very end and sacrificed herself to destroy every Darkhold throughout the Multiverse could have dreamwalked her spirit to another version of herself before dying. I know it's a stretch, but it's a possibility Having learned her lesson however, I feel, if Wanda did dreamwalk to avoid dying in her native reality, she'd find another version of herself that is either evil or perhaps in a condition where she's not gonna wake up ever again, and thus allow the dead Wanda to assume this new Wanda's body and life The Wanda of 838 is happy and I feel dragging her into more crazy and danger would be unfair to her and her sons after everything that already happened.

If the writers decide to follow/adapt comic history (as they usually do) then Wanda from the main universe didn't die (when she destroys Mount Wundagore we see a flash of red magic right before the collapse that might indicate her being teleported or protected by her magic). It was announced that Marvel's next big villain is Doctor Doom and, in the comics, after she looses her children and disappears, she is found later to be married to Doctor Doom (mind controlled by him) cause he wants to use her Chaos Magic for himself. The fact that her son Billy (now Billy Kaplan) is with Agatha in her series and wants to enter that Witch dimension probably is b cause he wants to find out what happened to his mother. Maybe ther they will find out that Wanda is still in the world of the living. I believe the body has the "W. Maximoff" tag is just because of the spell Agatha is under. Just like in Wanda vision, the town had all sorts of references to things from Wanda's past. Aubrey Plaza's witch character has green coloured magic too...Which could serve as a tie in to Doctor Doom as well, since he is a magic user and he is almost aleays depicted green mantle and green coloured magic (in the modern comics). I honestly believe they will follow this route in this series and following movies. I think "Avengers Doomsday will be around him taking Wanda's powers and becoming God Emperor Doom like in the comics and, maybe, when Wanda takes back control of her magic from him, she might end up altering reality leading to the existence of mutants both in present and past. (This part is probably just conjecture from my part, but it would be a nice twist...instead of eliminating mutants, she'd create them...)

Doesn’t mean she’s gone though considering there’s an infinite amount of Wanda’s across the multiverse. Didn’t they say 838’s Wanda had been basically nerfed by Charles Xavier (probably similar to what he did to Jean Grey to stop Dark Phoenix surfacing) and maybe her encounter with our Wanda has peeked her curiosity to regain her powers again and she someone gets to our multiverse. I think she'll come back because the US Government, Karma-Taj and many others view her as an unstable weapon of mass destruction. Think about it, she is a loose canon. They'll see that and recognise that their new opponents are just as unstoppable as she is... So they just have to aim the canon and let it rip.
I don’t want her to get replaced. That would sever the characters likability imo. Stripping her of her power struggles would be so lame, this is character growth. Also, in the xmen universe they all are deemed unstable by the government, so I don’t think much will change if the same Wanda comes back, they’re just gonna have to trust the xmen as a whole. If xmen are okay with Wanda and trust her again then so will the government cuz they have no choice. Maybe Xavier and Emma frost could analyze her brain and see what her intent is. I’m sure there are other ways to pacify Wanda and gauge her willingness to join the good side again. After all if Wanda is serious about it she would let them test whatever they want on her to regain their trust.
