Yes, OLED phone displays are thin enough to be flexible - they're usually just under glass that protects it so it doesn't flex. However, the fact the screen is flexible is used by Samsung on their curved screen phones, and Apple to hide the display cables (for even screen bezels) by bending the screen over itself at the bottom of the phone.
That is for the some kind of P-OLED display. The conventional Glass based OLED cannot do such thing. If you just slightly apply pressure the glass OLED will actually breaks and display vertical lines.
But the major problem is not about the glass, but the components under it! You cannot flex a battery or a memory or a CPU, that's why the flex phone has just one fold in the center because they split components at the top and at the bottom of it..
It's still working even though it's broken, it's a pity for the person who has the cellphone, he must be sad but he was still given two chances. Thank God ❤
