It's both satisfying and frustrating to see Asmon finally get bitten in the ass by his own arrogance now that he's finally in an area he's not overlevelled for. Can't get carried by his weapon anymore.
Yeah it’s funny to see when he realizes fast bosses are still beefy. But to be fair he was in mt. Gemlir pretty underleveled.

It’s really tough at times to distinguish whether he’s pretending to be a complete idiot or if he’s actually that dense. Having seeing the DS playthrough, he’s managed to consistently maintain that “act” or I actually believe he’s that much of a complete rock.

Does anyone know what weapon he was using? Shit had amazing reach lol. I basically have a similar build but his is probably dex related. I've been thinking about trying dex over str as it decreases your cast time. But the blasphemous blade is just too nice in pve.

Dude is way beyond the strength cap, if he respec’ed to get that int he could use one of the best great swords in the game. Even has a ranged attack built in.

Its crazy how good Asmond is 1 vs 1 with most mobs, but is so bad at almost every other aspect of the game. The end of the video when he just keeps fighting the birds and dying over and over while acknowledging he shouldn't be fighting them. It's the open world concept. He knows the old From Software games but he's completely noob when it comes to open world strategy.

Playing the game without summons, Incarnations, Consumables or different weapons and ignoring literally everything beside the actual combat isn’t „cool“ or skilled - it’s just sad and unworthy to the game.

@@joimoip187 Umm i have beaten the whole game solo with the knights greatsword + barbaric roar and then in the late game beastmans cleaver + braggarts roar. So i beat the game with my own unique build and without any Summons including spirit summons. So... You failed

I’m watching this a year later, just got the game a month ago and I’m gonna be heart broken when it’s over. Asmons so good and his comment section just doesn’t get it…constant reminder that the weapon isn’t the “best” in the game failing to understand that in his hands it becomes the best weapon in the game he’s gonna beat every boss with the halbard cause you said he shouldn’t. He literally handicapped his play through follows chats directions and because of this he’s over powered because they sent him to calid and volcano manor and beat everything’s ass, then they sent him to a low level area, bros make up yall minds. Ima have to watch McConnell after this bro he’s gonna be completely opposite and experiment and I played like asmon my first through and I’m still thru it, sword bare minimum magic. But I’m not good so I use summons and shields and stuff.

You are obviously skilled at using a keyboard for playing computer games but your arrogance is off putting. You are playing the game off the back of your community who tell you what to do, where to go, what you have missed, when an area is done. You claim purity by not using summons, levelling up, not using weapon ashes, crafting etc but you are using your community as a live wiki that takes out the mystery, the uncertainty and so much of the challenge of Souls type games. "Seek 3 wise beings"...looks at community chat.
Yeah man. I like asmon and I’m enjoying this play-through but there are aspects of it that annoy me. It’s funny to see him go through an area where he’s finally the level you’re supposed to be.
I’m also not implying that he’s been over leveled in general, but his weapon has. He keeps getting frustrated at people calling him over leveled when in reality he really isn’t, but his weapon is over leveled because his chat has told him where virtually every single somber smithing stone in the game is. It’s fucking annoying and I wish he would shut the fuck up

Healing in souls PvP is only bad form if it is a duel, where you purposefully summon a red phantom. Invasions are free game. The invaded did not consent to being invaded, so they can do anything they wish. You as the invader can also do as you wish.
But if you do invade someone, and you exchange respectful emotes like bows, there can be an expectation that healing is bad form. I have had multiple incidents where I get invaded, I bow to them, they bow back, few block spams to indicate the fight is on. And then neither just heals even if we are at 10% both. And sometimes the other one loses their cool and heals up, where the other one follows too.
This one time in DS3 I had such a good battle during an invasion, I wanted the guy to heal up so I healed past max hp to signal we reset hp and go again.
he just suck op weapon a lot and even dont know what is not to be greedy.never drink to heal even when he only own half blood,and when he was killed because his greedy attack,he keep saying stop,why my keyboard/mouse dont work.ofc your mouse wont work to roll when you press W and hit
Well let's be honest he gone to moghwyn palace a place he is struggling just to be reminded that there are places in the game that he can't one shot the mobs

Elden Ring started so hype but around the mid point of this playthrough it's just getting boring.
I don't understand the scores for this game, should have added actual questlines and quest logs.

There are plenty of quest lines. Alas, you're watching a guy who can't be bothered with any of them.
Quest logs would've been so much better so you can keep track of what you actually need to do without looking it up. That's just one of many problems with this game.
