Awesome dude thank you!
Where did you find this kit?
Dirty diesel customs in Kelowna
Great video! Is the ecu flash necessary if only deleting egr and cooler? Thanks
Yes
If you don’t want check engine light
@@samswildgarage8805 oh ok. The CEL wont bother me as long as it doesn't go into limp mode. Thanks! Great video
Does this increase fuel mileage?
Yes
hi! I like. you video, I want to know where. by the part. thank you
dirty diesel customs
After the delete, where did you get a new tune? did you need one?
Yes you need a tune
This just deletes the cooler? How to delete the whole EGR system?
This deletes the complete egr system
With parts and tune
Why not just take off the EGR linkage?
you can just blank it off! and the parts came in the kit to give you that option . but i fealt it better to remove the egr because then that's one less possible coolant leak
So where's the part 2 on this?
On my channel
Why must you take ecu out?
to get it reprogramed or your truck will go into limp mode with parts removed
Don't you love how they put 10 lbs crap in a 9 lbs area?
Thank you 🙏
Plz can you send me that kit part number
it's in the video description
Im about to do this with my 14 grand cherokee theres even less room. i picked mine up from hd diesel
Nice!
@@samswildgarage8805 did you have to send your ecu off to get programming? I have the tuner kit but was told there may be an intermittent check engine light because of the transmission tune
@@seanmcintyre5148 i sent the ecu to be re programed
@@samswildgarage8805 oh ok ...mine came with a programmer just incase it ever needed to be brought back to a dealer for whatever reason I can revert it back to original programming...ive had it done for two weeks now and holy shit what a difference
@@seanmcintyre5148 ya it's pretty nice and it will keep your intake clean as well
how much soot was on your egr pipe when you pulled it out of the intake
Man, after watching that, why not just turn it off and leave it in place? Such a pain in the ass?
it' is possible to do that!
and it comes with the parts in the kit
however i didnt want to risk it leaking coolant later
egr coolers seem to like to crack
