BEST CASE OUT THERE THANKS FOR THE REVIEW
I love this thing more than any case I’ve ever had.
When I saw the price of these I chuckled a bit. I kinda like the look of this, but I’d just with the Nomad magnetic back at that price! I love my Nomad mag back for when I’m at work. In the office or home I don’t really need much protection but the scratch protection is great.
For me this is very nostalgic because of the Moto Z series, those magnet accesories were the OG magsafe.
Yep, I remember that! Those were the days lol
LOVE IT - BUT waaaaay too expensive for what it is.
i wish i have that one 😔
Hi Brian, another awesome video.
This case is just too next level for me because it barely offers any protection and the price is steep for what you're getting for me if not for most. I'll stick to the Pitaka MagEZ 5.
Thank you! And yeah it's definitely not for everyone. Just those who don't want to really use a case on their phone.
Is there any camera protection? Is the camera lens lower than the silicone?
It’s a little bit easier raised off the camera rings
I think that my Mous Aramid Super Thin weighs LESS than these covers and provide better coverage.
Im not gonna lie, these new magnetic back style cases are nice. Def nice if you get leather ones.
I tried to get the Nomad one. It never shipped after months of waiting so I cancelled my order.
That is a cool concept but it doesn’t add any kind of protection aside the back
Yep, it's just made for people who don't want to use cases but just want a little bit of protection for the back and added grip.
I'm like what... this is just a phone back... but the more I watch your video the more this looks interesting.
Yeah it’s definitely a cool product!
I really like this design, I also had an order for the Nomad leather one and it never shipped. On the website they’re on back order until mid May. $33 for this thing is crazy, absolutely not worth it.
If they had a clear one I’d buy it in a heartbeat lol
It's in the works! ;)
@sutibrand 👀👀 I’m definitely going to have to check that one out!
@@sutibrandthe clear one I would get ASAP and please make the magsafe circle colored too not just white 🔥🔥🔥
Man... if they have offered a 13 Pro Max, I would've had gotten one..
Is that red or orange?
It’s red. May look a little orange in pictures, but it’s definitely red
It’s Vermillion
Who wants a case?. It’s basically a necessity with our expensive ass fragile phones.
Silicon attracts all kind of debris.
This one I actually haven’t had any dust or lint issues with.
I wonder how this weighs more than an Apple Silicon case, since it apparently has less material than a full case…
I mean, I would love to go with these minimalist “cases”. But one of the main reasons to go this way is not adding 10, 15% additional weight to the whole setup (phone+case).
The options in the market don’t seem to fit my personal list.
- latercase is very light (12g) but has no magsafe
- pitaka is also light (13g) and has magsafe, but it is very expensive
- suti has a reasonable price (although still feels pricey for what it is) but it is heavier than most of the simple full body cases.
@jinjasplay the Benks Armor Air is a great option. Not nearly as expensive as the Pitaka either
@@Brians_tech thanks I will check it out. If I got this correctly this Benks case weighs 29g, right? It is definitely on the “light” side, but again I wonder how Pitaka and Latercase managed to make a case 60% lighter since they have apparently similar materials. Just insane.
@@Brians_tech Benks is bad example, becase Armor Air is pretty heavy. Pitaka has around 18g and Benks has 29g! I'm currently with Arc Pulse (17g) and I'm happy.
My Nomad Magnetic Leather Back is being delivered next week a much better product
I ordered it back when they announced it and it never shipped, so I ended up cancelling my order. Let me know how you like it when it comes in.
At this point just go caseless
This is not worth 60$. 20$ is expensive. 60$ you've been robbed thrice
Yeah I’d definitely like to see the price go down.
No thank you for me. My phone must be protected on the sides
Makes sense. It's not for everyone. Just for those who want that caseless feel with a tiny bit of protection and grip for the back.
It looks like its adding same bulk at the back as a case and same weight 😅 so why not use a case itself. And i think if the device fall down the first thing will get removed is this thing. Total waste of money😂
It’s not meant really for protection. If you watch the whole video I explain that. Also, the MagSafe connection is strong enough to where it won’t fall off from a drop. But again, not meant for protection.
@@Brians_tech ya i saw the video. But I really don’t feel the use of this. If anyone who wants to go caseless go for that not this and there are several other case which is slim as this actually slimmer than this which covers 360. I really don’t see a use of this. Like always great content
@@issamibinu The Suti isn’t coming off this phone unless you physically remove it. I have one of these and it’s perfect for what I want. I don’t want a 360 case, I want the titanium sides to be exposed (durable titanium sides). The only thing I need to be somewhat covered is the back. Different Strokes for different blokes I guess 😂😂😂😂
@@tylertackett2499 then why don’t you apply a skin? More thinner than this you can barely feel the skin and provides girp too.
@@issamibinuperfect case for me. I like having the titanium exposed and it nice being able to changing the color of the back
