Its not as expensive is they are potraying it... They used to have a lot of good video but recently they pivotted to the expensive options and thats not something most people want to see
These prices continue to be great! Where I live you get a lot less for a lot more money. My favorite from these home is the second one and the two story. I’m partial to two story homes. I enjoyed on the focus of the kitchen, living room and primary bedroom. These areas are very important in a home.

Waaaaaay over priced for no yard and under 3k square feet
Very overpriced for this area. Homes are nearly stacked on top of each other. Property taxes are outrageously high.
Everything looks better on these videos but when I get there I find things don't look as great. Also I hate the small door ways and spaces. Even if moving way up to the larger square footage houses, the doorways are SO narrow. What happened to code standards?
Also I prefer modern with a bit of farm house but hate barn doors and that style being more readily available is the only benefit of Californians moving to Texas. THANK YOU. 10 20 30 years ago nothing like that was EVEN UNDERSTOOD. You would of had to buy traditional then do a lot or remodeling if you could find someone who understands after but then your looking at your many neighbors ugly traditional homes all around you.
Suggestion: Bookshelves or open bookshelves would look great next to the fireplace. Are designers available to help new homeowners?

In the Patrica I would like the family room wall flat and not extending into the family room . I would also prefer not to have the faux fireplace. I like these houses but do yhey offer bigger lots somewhere as I want my own pool . I’m coming from Florida. I’ll be calling this week. I like number 5 the best

We are constantly looking at different areas , and I always loved Toll Bothers homes. Definitely the model home ! I found another Toll Brothers similar in San Antonio and would love to get that built when we move . Prices are reasonable to what we pay here in WA. Can’t wait to move back to TX.
