My experience with playing dress up is that, as a transmasculine afab person, I was technically allowed and encouraged to play dress up since it's a gendered thing meant for feminine children or those that are perceived that way and/or expected to grow up to be feminine, but because it had that connotation, I felt uncomfortable trying it out since it felt 'too girly' for me to do. So dress up is kind of difficult for both sides of trans people, and maybe our enby fae pals, too. /:
I liked it because I could be anyone but me. I could be a cool character. Even if the character is a girl, it's the character and not me.
Idk it was just another way for me to dissociate.

Afab transmasc enby here, I dressed up so much as a kid but literally almost exclusively as masculine or gender neutral things like knight, ninja, magician, spy, vampire... so personally it didn't make me feel dysphoric at all. I just had very little desire to/was uncomfortable with dressing up as anything girly like a princess or smith.
Yeah exactly! Even if I did dress up as smth girly just in private, the fun part was that it was literally so unlike myself and I wasn't expected to be like that any other time ^^
15:27 one of my closest friends is nonbinary, and they are 6’2, with an athletes build, and chin length curly hair. Out of everyone I know they are misgendered most often, even by other queer people. People treat them like a “gay man” instead of as a nonbinary person. I have so much respect for trans and nonbinary people who don’t match the stereotypical looks.

I’ve blocked “political” ads which should keep a large part of conservative, anti-queer advertisements off my page, but I suppose some get past those checks by calling themselves “documentaries” and other similar titles, so I’ll do some manual reviewing of the ads that get put on my videos tomorrow to keep ads like that out of the queer friendly space i’m trying to create 🫡

you could possibly be asexual, its when you feel little to no sexual attraction
Demisexual means to only feel sexual attraction once you’ve built a connection with someone.
Asexuality means to not feel sexual attraction towards someone. You can still want to have sex or not but not necessarily need or want it in the same way other people with partners will. It’s a whole spectrum. (I am demisexual but not ace {my friend is ace} so please also research for yourself).

I feel called out lol I am an afab person with a short haircut who is also short .. not non binary but bigender. I as a gay™️ also do not have a good sleep schedule 😅. I can also vividly remember gay and gender queer moments of mine growing up but yet I seem to have only started being gay and bigender in my late teens to my family :/.

I don’t know if this will help or not (I also have an Ed). Try to imagine the food is feeding your desired body. Like the female body needs food to have curves and shape, so your hips, thighs, boobs and bum. So if you don’t eat enough you won’t be helping these areas.

I agree. All my life I have felt like an outcast (could be autism) but ever since I have found out that I'm lgbt and found community with others who are LGBT, I have felt like I can be myself without the shame and confusion that I used to have. My favorite people in the world are LGBT because I know that they see me for who I am rather than who I am 'supposed' to be.
