Hey all! I’m selling some merchandise to help raise money for my transition! I recently released some new merchandise with a quote I really love from Magnus Hirschfeld on it: “Love is as varied as people are.”
I’m selling the merch through two different sites, both of which will be linked below. There are stickers, pins, and magnets which I’m selling through Redbubble - they’re available with several different LGBTQ+ flag options, although I know I haven’t covered them all so if you notice your flag missing feel free to comment it below and I’ll work on adding them in! And I’m selling shirts, sweaters, and hoodies through Teespring.
I mentioned that I’m saving money for my transition but that’s not the only thing the profits will go towards. My plan is for 80% of the profits to go towards saving for my transition, 10% towards funding the channel, and 10% to LGBTQ+ charities. I’ll leave a link to a google sheet below to show how your money is being divided for whatever product you may chose to get, as I want you all to have full transparency. I know the amount towards charities is low at the moment but I intend to increase that amount as I get closer to my goal for raising for my transition. I’m also going to be putting up a poll here each time there is a significant amount of money to donate and let you all choose from a few charities as well as suggest any you see fit!
I’m really excited about this! I was interested in ways I might be able to raise for my transition and bottom surgery through the channel, but I didn’t want to just ask people to donate as I’m aware of the influence that content creators can have and I don’t ever want that to be used to my advantage. I’m happy about this way as it allows me to give back to you all in the form of merch as well as to give back to the queer community as a whole by donating to charities and organizations. I love how when you explain queer things to kids (like the 2 girls kissing thing) they're confused at first but then they just go oh cool and then immediately get distracted talking about something else, people are afraid we're turning their kids gay like no he's moved on to why spiderman is his favorite superhero
i explained to a kid who asked "are you a boy or a girl?" the concept of being nonbinary and she went "oh cool! i don't like rain rain makes me sad"
The child was more bothered at the thought that she didn't actually like him 😭

Yeah, like, I had to explain to my seven year old brother that my cousin is nonbinary, and it was fairly simple. I was just like, “Well, some people are boys, some people are girls, and sometimes people aren’t either!” He didn’t mind obviously, and was just like, “oh, ok!” Kids don’t care y’all
I once saw a tiktok wherein a middle aged trans man was responding to a comment from a young trans person saying "you have gray hair? I didnt know we got to live that long" and istg i almost passed away that instant

I'm going to come out as trans to my parents soon. My mom keeps on putting me in situations where I am forced to out myself or misgender/dead name myself and I am getting very tired of it.

Sorry for the rant, I’m just a little upset right now and need to let this out:
As an asexual and most likely gender fluid \ non-binary person (still figuring it out) with religious parents…I definitely won’t be able to come out until I’m 18. I’m afab and I don’t shave my legs and tend to wear more masculine clothing, and I want to get my hair cut shorter at my next appointment in a week so I sent my mom some stuff on Pinterest that looks like the cut I want. Well, I just talked to her and (for context, im probably moving schools this year) she said that people will think im a boy, and if I feel like im a boy,”that’s a whole other thing”. She said since everything else about me looks like a boy, and if I want a boyfriend(I do but I shouldn’t have told her that since now everything I do appearance wise she brings up how no boys will like me) and a good experience at this new school she says this might not be the best move. I don’t know how to explain that I don’t feel like either atm and just want to…exist. She asked why I don’t shave or wear makeup and it pretty much comes down to two things. I told her only the first thing though. 1- (im pretty sure I’m also autistic and haven’t told her that either) I don’t like that feel of makeup or just-shaved legs,it weirds me out. 2. I just like the way I look. I wanted to tell her,”So? Who cares?” And I keep explaining that if a boy likes me, I want them to like me for ME, not JUST because I “look attractive”. She said they might as well “like boys” if they’d find me attractive with that haircut. So yeah.

omg i was thinking about this like i know some people try to get the scars to fade as much as possible or try to cover them up w tattoos etc but i want mine to be super visible when i get top surgery i love how they look

yeah i agree, was really confused about that tiktok. i know that someone has been assumed to be the gender they transitioned to (and passing is something most, if not all trans people hope to achieve), but its still transphobic even if not towards the person. its not a win because that child is still BEING transphobic :(
I’m so happy that im a trans person who is able to look in the mirror and not feel dysphoric, one who gets up everyday and feels great almost all the time, who doesn’t have any thoughts of committing su!c!d€ and who is able to express themselves fully and happily without oppression or discrimination. My best friend is also trans but feels very differently, and I hope to keep her from ending her life, to guide her and help her, alongside myself, into adulthood and to help her find a place that is safe for her to be herself, someone who can comfort her and show her that she is loved and that trans people are loved and can live until old age like most cisgender people.

The one at 12:02 made me really happy because it’s such a huge argument with homophobes that we’re “confusing the children” when in reality, it’s a pretty simple concept. Kids aren’t naturally hateful, it has to be taught. Explaining the idea of gender and sexuality to kids is not as big of a deal as some people make it out to be since most kids are smart enough to understand 💛

i got asked twice in one day by little kids, like age 6 or something- if i was a girl or a boy- and i- i find it very hard to lie, but i live in alabama and i didn't want to get hate crimed so i just said "i was born a ____" and one was like "so you are ____" and i just shrugged- the other's mom came up and explained nonbinary to her kid- which made me happy-- its always scary talking to children about that stuff, especially children you dont know their parents and what they believe- i remember when i learned about trans people and told my dad he yelled at me and worse- i dont want to do that to other kids- plus i dont want to get hate crimed either >

Well, last night, I was at a public event and I was heading to the bathroom laughing at myself thinking, maybe I should go into the men’s bathroom since I identify as pangender, and I thought it would be funny. So I go in the bathroom, and after I use the toilet, I’m laughing to myself thinking, “I’m going to leave the toilet seat up to fuck with the person who comes in after me.” As I was leaving, I noticed the urinals, and a man trying to hide himself peeing as I walk out… omg it was HILARIOUS and SO FUCKING satisfying!!!! Like these gendered bathrooms are stupid and a joke because they’ve only existed no more than about 100 years.
