I've included rent prices, mentioned whether the flat is furnished or not, if they allow pets and so on. Really hope you will find it useful. Thank you for the video! I'm excited to see you visited Vila de Gracia. I wonder if you encountered any apartment in the neighborhood on the top floor or ground floor? I would be interested in having an outdoor space but wondered if the top floor would be too hot, or the ground floor would not have as much sunlight. Thanks!
Heey! Glad you enjoyed this 🥰 Yes, actually I’ve seen both types of apartments.
The top floor apartments will get too hot and it’s not recommended as from what I’ve heard this type of apartment is targeted by burglars.
The ones on the ground floor, don’t have that much light but it can be a plus during summer as it’s nice and cool compared to others.
I’d strongly recommend for you to choose a floor in the middle of the building, maybe with a balcony, or many apartments have common spaces for people living in the building with a huge terrace that everyone can share (some of them have pools as well) 🥰 Hope this is useful 🤗

Bro damn, 8:06 . Imagine him driving towards you at moderately low-legal speed at night, literal chills. Jokes aside, it s always fun looking for apartments, imagining how your life would be in this flat or that flat, but in the same times is quite exhausting when you visit alot in a short period of time.
