- Metro 2033 without question is the most requested game on the channel so far, so I think it's finally time to cover it! So, today we delve into Russias Metro Systems trying to find some way to beat some pretty horrible mutated enemies and people too... But not only that, we also have to grind all 49 achievements that this game has to offer, welcome to the most requested grind yet.

So because I'm dumb, i forgot to change the stats page to what i actually said... To confirm for me, this game is a 6.5/10!
Not necessarily dumb, maybe just your brain not speaking to your gob xx
Its ok to be wrong
I think if remember Metro 2033 was more a tech demo for the DX11 with Physx and Tessellation. You might like Last Light and Exodus better for game play and story
@@ilikecheese1415the score is for the difficulty of the achievements not the score of the game and enjoyment.
Can you do metro exodus next bro
Fun fact: when I was a stupid teenager I finished both metro remasters without killing bandits but my stupid brain forgot that throwing knifes are deadly, so I got the bad ending, I wanted to replay it but wasn't interested in doing it, after Metro Exodus technological improvement especially
Throwing knives don’t count towards the karma system, only close quarter knife kills afaik
Killing people ur normal enemies doesn’t do anything against karma. U should look at the wiki to show wat exactly gives u good and bad karma
The metro series is an amazing game series
Hell yeah brother!
I hope he completes the rest of the games like he did with dishonored
This game series is my favorite out of all the games i played
Well uh i dindt watch the video to the end before writing this comment i know now
So are the books, might be worth checking em out if you like the game. I played the games, and then got the main novels, they're awesome
And so is the stalker series.
Interesting thing about Quickdraw, the achievement where you have to stop the Nosalis breaking the vents that you spent an hour on.
The end of the section is tied to your ammo. Like, you can literally just spam your bullets into around 4 or 5 enemies in the vents and once you're dry, the cut scene starts. You only have to guard the vents for around 30 seconds
Super helpful for me when I found that out.
...so many hours wasted
Where were you ten years ago when i needed you most!?
Damn recently did this on a survival hardcore playthrough which wasn't too difficult considering damage buff
The animals on the surface with fur are called watchmen, basically mutated dogs/cats or whatever and the Nosalis are meant to be heavily mutated Shrews or Moles and mostly inhabit the metro.
was finna comment that myself
Does the name watchmen appear in 2033 or Last Light? I just finished both games (again) and I genuinely do not recalled them being named before Exodus. But it may just be me not reading stuff.
@@makapaka_madafaka_ yh most explicitly in 2033 outside the library miller shouts it
@@mozza3485 probably forgot it because of PTSD caused by the librarians. God I hate these monkey fuckers.
@@makapaka_madafaka_ honestly that part was easy just stare at them and dont move and they leave you alone 😂
Just to fix your mistake, at first you arrive on Red station and run from Red. On "bridge" fight you cross from "Red line" to "Nazi line". So when you go with Spartan's on a turret segment you fight Nazis
That makes sense, nice one! I always get something wrong 😂👌🏻
"Mom, I'm in TV." Finished this game a month ago. I fell in love with it. My profile picture is actually from a Metro artwork.
Maybe first two games don't have original achievements, but all of them were big fun.
The reason the game propably seems bland is because nearly half of the stuff that happened in the Book didnt make it into the game, a lot of little things are among them that fleshen out the expirience as a whole, but the atmosphere the game absolutly nailed it in that regard
i think my favorite feature, if I'm remembering correctly, was the fact that the fire from the lighter moved in the direction of the objective to tell you where it is
yeah its true
The game might be OK but the book, at least the first one, is where it really is. The tension and mystery is non existent in the game while in the book the world is much more flashed out, the story is captivating and the monsters are much more dangerous. Also the conclusion is much more satisfying in the book. Would recommend it to everybody.
Best day of the week, ACHIEVEMENT GRIND TIME BABY 😩
If I remember correctly the moral points aren’t just rewarded if you kill no enemies, I believe certain bandits and enemies don’t affect the counter at all
Moral points are mostly obtained by exploring and discovering hidden areas and listening to conversations, and sneaking past enemies.
It's as if the makes us step into Artyom's shoes, and play it like we're actually inside the game.
You just saved my sunday evening entertainment!
Thank you for your great content, your style of doing it is just so chill!
I only discovered your channel a week ago, but I'm already hooked! Can't wait to see how this channel grows like it obviously deserves
Love that this video posted when it did because just last month I actually played the games and one DLC so far I beat the games with good ending so this is perfect timing because I would not have enjoyed this video as much if I hadn’t played it first. Great video.
Metro was one of my fav games, so seeing you doing this got me nostalgia. Keep it up bro, i love your content.
In only three months you’ve shot up to one of if not favorite TH-camr. I always look forward to Sunday, and I do plan on catching some streams. Keep up the great work!
Appreciate that buddy, thank you very much!
I love these videos! glad you are doing metro, absolutely one of my favourite franchises
love your videos man thanks for everything you do and i really enjoyed this! Keep up the great work homie
I live for these oh my daysss
I just love the random red dwarf references!
Don't we all, I think that there's one in every video .
Next stop - Terraria
oh how i love jazzabelle
If you were a big fan of the setting but were let down by the story you might want to check the book. The story kinda has the same key points like khan and D6 but artyom barely kills anything and has different encounters
the novels are definitely more in-depth, but it must be said that all the names of metro lines and stations to follow make them rather heavy to read
@@Nisselak I don't know, how, at least in my book you get a plan of whole Metro.
The books were as sad as the games were atmospheric and dark
The follower of the worm cult after hearing the truth :(
hey! i just wanna say it’s hugely appreciated that you add accurate subtitles to your videos
Would love to see the infamous trilogy covered, played the hell outta those growing up, not sure how many others did too
I did and I think it would be awesome if he did Festival of Blood and First Light (I think that’s what it was called) with the trilogy
"Nosalis," the plural of which is: "Nosalis" and "Nosalises," is the catchall term for the most common form of mutant encountered in the Metro.
I love metro, great video bud!
"Everybody's dead dave" best quote ever
achievement grind dead cells
Please do kingdom come deliverance next
Don't have the time for a beefy grind like that yet, I've bought it but need time for it, so ill make sure to update on this! :)
Another great achievement grind episode!
Sick vid as always man!
Same to you, your Dead Space vid was fantastic!
Someone is a Red Dwarf fan.
Everybody is Dead Dave
lol
Luvs 😘
Fun to see some metro content again, Metro 2033 and last light are my all time favorite games
I like how the moral system in metro isn't so much about being a good person as it is artyom experiencing everything the metro has to offer. He's gaining more life experience so hes getting wider so it's then I slittled change to the relatively dull moral system
“Like a Russian John Wick”
John Wick: Am i a joke to you??

What makes the Metro sereis a masterpiece is the way the Moral Points work.
• In 2033, Artyom hasn't been outside his home station, and the more he explores the outside world (finding secret areas, listening to conversations etc), the more moral points he gets.
• In Last Light, Artyom is now a matured man capable of taking right decisions, and the moral points are mainly got from doing that. Same thing carries on into Exodus.
love the video man played the entire series last year and had a blast. I was wondering though if you could maybe add a timer of sorts throughout your stream so the people watching on youtube can see how long things are taking? just a suggestion of course love you^^
This game can feel terrifying at times, I loved it.
babe wake up new SonOfJazzy video
i loved the metro series
I'd love to see you try to get the achievements in Ori and The Will of The Wisps, I can tell it's gonna be a real challenge..!
i love metro so much
Love the video, so glad that I found you. :)
If I can mention a game I would love seeing you complete, then it would be one of the Borderland games.
You can't just do this to me 😅 I literally played this today after months of putting it off due to other games I have
The metro series would make the BEST vr games.
One of my my favorites! I just got this and last light platinums last month!
Hell yeah dude 🔥 I actually have the original version on Xbox 360 when I was 11 years old, so when I heard that they are going to remake this and the second one I was excited. Good luck getting all the achievements of the trilogy and the dlcs
I'm excited for him to get to exodus, last light is very similar to 2033 but exodus is a whole step ahead. A much more polished high budget game imo
I love the metro series and I just finished 100% all 3 games it was. Pain in the ass
Love metro series and books, also your format of video as its like a story telling, just wouldn't watch stuff I haven't played before but deffo a strong sub from me brother! Thankyou
Given how much you seemed to enjoy the Dishonored series, I recommend that you play Prey (2017) by the same studio.
It's coming soon...stay tuned.
I really like the foreshadowing of emphesising 'prey' at the end
Love the video!
I remember I got the quickdraw achievement when I first played the game as a kid on my 360 when it originally came out and have not done it once ever since
5:07 jazzy gets flashbanged
You will always remember how to spell achievement from now on...gotta be a good thing considering your channels content 😛xx
Was that a fucking red dwarf reference " everybody's dead dave"
You know it ;)
@@thesonofjazzy_ you absolute leg end
It's like an easter egg, every episode has a Red Dwarf reference...you just have to find it 😉
I would say Yes, as he knows every word from every episode (he has been forced to watch it since he was about 5) I imagine it was.
YOOOOOO MORE METROOOO UPON THIS WORLD
Honestly, I don't know how you don't have more subs. I absolutely been loving your channel since I found it, keep it up bro!
Love the metro games
Can't wait for Metro last Light and Exodus! And awesome work!
Love your work man.
I appreciate that! :)
Can't wait for the other two games to done
I fucking love the metro series
i love this game thanks for playing it!
Ngl, it caught me off guard hearing "everybody's dead, dave"
I really feel like metro's strongest moments are when it sets you free to carve your own route through enemies, no npcs, no obvious "the right way" scripting, just a building of enemies, a gas mask, and a dream
That's why I feel like the first two are so agonizingly bogged down by boring or just frustrating turret sections
I can say. The Original Metro 2033 may be more up your alley, especially if you enjoyed the atmosphere. It's not AS grindy or bland as the redux, and is vastly more dark/atmospheric. Plus, better voice acting in my opinion.
Small correction the mutants on the surface are watchmen, they are different to the underground mutants
Damn I just finished this last week hats off
I love this guys videos
Will you ever try to get platinum (idk how is it called on pc) on any lego game or something similar to that
YYYYYEEEEEEEESSSSSS
I would be really interested in seeing you do all 3.
Try doing the OG metro 2033
One of the hardest achievements is visiting EVERY place in the game
Fun fact: On my first playthrough on PC @10:25 when the cart flips and crashes, my player model was forced through the map and fell indefinitely - forcing me to restart, as this is also a checkpoint. 10/10 would play again.
i enjoyed being part og the GRIND on twitch
Not sure if this is the best place to put a suggestion for a game, but the La Mulana games are interesting if you want a puzzley metroidvania games with some fairly hard achivements in speedruns, or beating all bosses without using sub weapons on hard mode.
if you do go for them, the first is much harder with more stiff controls and obnoxious puzzles. the second is much more friendly to the player.
The hairy ones are watchmen the ones with the big nose are nosalis also there totally different kinda annoyed me but hey that’s just me basically think of them like rats and moles they ain’t the same also watchmen have tails
You should go after all of Stardew Valley's achievements, after all, you did say in the gas station simulator playthrough that you wanted to cover all types of games
I caught that Red Dwarf reference!
Great video, maybe I can suggest next achievement grind game is Dying Light 2?
full pumped tikhar and just keep hitting those headshots to kill the demon in early game
I need to play the metro games again. I played the first for a bit but didn't get too far. But I have so many games I need to get through so it's low on my list atm. So many games to Platinum, so few hours in the day
Oooh boy.. exodus is gonna be a blast.
Need to go back and finish my playthrough. Stopped about 40% of the way through.
The moral point system wouldn’t be so bad if they at least explained that it existed.
ACTUALLY, the first enemies you encounter are the Watchmen, Nosalises arent until the cart ride
I grinded 2033 and last light on the 360 back in the day then got them for the one and really didnt want to do it again lol
I didnt even know the game had a moral point system 😂 I just went back to last checkpoint after the ending and shot the thing down, gave me the achievement. I do have to do it again anyway for spartan mode :(
Cant wait to be stuck in an appocalyptic almost hell scape in 10 years.
Metro and Dishonored are probably my favourite 2 game series of all time
DarTyx my hero for requesting Prey (2016-17)
Would love an Achievement Grind for the Batman Games, would be a great watch!
I got the og metro 2033 and it was the first game i grinded for most of the achievements
That's Metro Redux, most likely similar to Metro 2033 but with some different gameplay mechanics, a few variations in voice acting styles (not too many), and some different cutscenes. Anyone who played Metro 2033 can discern the differences between them.
The books are AMAZING
Yess one of my favourite games
