Tennis elbow is tricky had not the best results. Though focal seemed to be a touch better than radial. My thoughts would be depending on the 1-how acute the injury actually is. 2- is it just the common extensor alone. Did a lot of training with shoulder ext rot with isometric abduction hold then work on wrist extension at elbow semi flex which gave good results.
