Many thanks Genin!! Some sweet running saws for sure!! I may have to look into one of those in the future!! 😉. Be hard to decide which one though. Great video y’all!!
If your doing firewood get 462...best saw made ..the 500i will 4 stroke unless your in 36 inch logs or better...462 us regular carb saw..and has superior snap ..500i is torque saw not good for small logs or even medium ones..it's shines in big rounds or qaurtering them
My cousin who is a Stihl guy tried my Husqvarna 455 rancher and is converted over to Husqvarna. It is an absolute provable fact that Husqvarna has more torque in the high end which is where you want it in a chainsaw because you're supposed to run them wide open. I can find absolutely no reason to use Stihl chainsaws over Husqvarna chainsaws.
I never operated a 500i but I know I would love it. Just not sure if something that big would suit my lifestyle. Something close to my 545 weight and a few inches on the bar, any suggestions? Love seeing you boys enjoying each other's company.
@@OpenAirAdventure stihl 400c is hard to beat, a touch more weight then the 545 but way more power. Thanks for watching Kenny, hope you have a good rest of your week, stay safe!
Jacob RESIST the urge, remember..... Thou shalt not Stihl....😂😂.

Jacob's got good taste, the 462 is a beast and sounds wicked with the bark box.

I use both Stihl and Husqvarna pro series saws. Both make great saws. Pluses and minuses for both. I do find it easier to get parts for Stihl.

Love it! I'm going to have to start watching Jacob's channel now too. Great, like I need to spend even more time on the computer LOL!!!
