    The Mondrian is weirdly brilliant! I'm not big on flashy. But for sunny regions, I'd actually love a phone that's minimalist in the board room but subtly screams, "Hey, you're outside now!" in the sunlight. Very fun!

    I don't see the 'boring' software on the Nothing phone as a negative. A clean Android exprience is what attracted people to OnePlus in the first place (with the price) and it ensures a snappy experience and (hopefully) a better software support. If anything I see it as a positive.

    • @Kumar9
      @Kumar9 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Absolutely true…I also had Nokia 3220 and man it was fun! Those lights on the sides had an advantage that they were colourful (Red, yellow, green) and bright with a rubbery grip. Also we could insert our own designs into the back cover for a unique look. Those were the golden years of Nokia and they had so many funky models with different form factors. Today’s mobile models fail to invoke that excitement in customers due to several factors that degrade customer experience while being significantly expensive imho.

    This changing colour trick isn't magic. The real magic is how "big" companies manage to sell us same devices year after year and how 1500 bucks price became "normal" and acceptable.

    I hope you realized this and just didn't mention it, Michael... Those TECNO color changing pastel tones are STRAIGHT NEXT GEN, my guy! Also big shout out to Old Crow Medicine Show on the ROG Phone 6 Pro! LLAP, Mr. Mobile!

    Definitely refreshing to see 'some' difference in the mostly solid coloured smart devices we more often see. What would be interesting would be a Techno and Nothing combo. The lines could be the LED lights for night time shows and the Mondrian panels for the day.... I'd dig that! Thanks Mr Mobile 😎

    Michael Fisher, your superb cinematography and great editing is what makes your reviews out-stand from the others. The TECNO Camon 19 Pro definitely has an ambitious and refreshing design, the body of the phone that colors pop on ultraviolet light, it really reminds me of the UV Monkey from Thinkgeek. Any geeks would know what I’m talking about. Now, where did I put that Monkey UV meter? Thanks to your review, I’m watching and typing this comment from the Unihertz Titan Pocket you reviewed last year. Thank you MrMobile! 😃

    The camera on the nothing phone ain't so bad, it does a lot better than most I've seen around that price point. I can talk about the front camera's video recording capabilities, judging from that clip at the end, the only thing it lacked was stabilization, but I liked it!
