Most of the project if you notice is from Noida/Greater Noida or Ghaziabad… due to bad policies of Noida authority by giving land at just 10% of price, any newbie builder launched their project by taking loan from bank and by getting funds from customer on initial booking they launched another project by just paying 10% of land price…. It’s failure of Authority. One suggestion is that never buy undercontruction property by new builder. Always go for Tata, Godrej, DLF etc for under construction or ready to move.
Please don’t invest money in any unknown builder’s project or go for a ready to move in society. No one cares for Middle class people, better save yourself.
You forgot the biggest project, Jaypee Wish Town. Many projects within Jaypee Wish Town are still not completed and people have started spending their own money to move in and complete their unit. Please make a video on that as well.
Please share these videos so that it creates some noise and reaches the concerned authorities. People have been suffering way to long with all their money blocked since a decade almost. This is totally not acceptable.
Please also share the Tricity area such as zirakpur, Panchkula and Mohali and new Chandigarh and also adjoining areas like Kharar,banur etc . Atleast in NCR the structure are ready but in tricity people loose their hard earned money I urge money control to please make a video on that area as well Thanks

This is like robbery in broad day light. This is not hidden thing now. Everyone knows what’s happening with these under construction project. I think Central government form a special team including CBI , ED , EOW to investigate such issues. If builder is cheated why you are waiting for court order to take action where everyone knows court cases takes ages.
Kindly make a similar episode on 3c & orris infrastructure, case in point a project greenopolis sector 89 gurgaon . Where innocent home buyers are running from pillar to pillar, from court to court ( H -rara , nclt , ncalt ) , your will be surprised how deep the problem is.
We don't have this kind of problem because escrow company is involved for closing the deal. Indian people deserve better but some corrupt politicians and Indian judicial system is not working for we the people. American home builders are good for delivering on time I bought my second home no problem at all.
That's great. RERA should look at an escrow model to protect customers and banks from defaulting builders. These builders keep building new projects without finising the older once and divert funds. Even for 1000 ₹purchase , we get the products first and pay later. It's ridiculous that we have to pay millions of rupees upfront for an apartment(that too without any guarantee of delivery). RERA seems to be another inefficient government body.
Investing in any under construction project is a big gamble and Delhi NCR is the hub of people who want to rob us of every penny. But it's not a unilateral problem people nowadays want to live in sophisticated societies which they can boast in front of others hence they take huge loans without contemplating the risk involved which is high with most of the under construction projects, eventually they end up getting frustrated and knock the door of officials and court for help which is not of much use. If as a society people act smartly and invest only in ready to move project and buy property with no so huge loan amount the problem could be solved.

This a Prayagraj case .I have sell a ready to move flat to one of my Client and all process for loan also completed but bank refuse to pass the loan due to Renovated building even though project approved by Development authority.Customer book a Property in November 2021 and till now Loan has not been approved.Builder and Company Approach 5 bank both private and public sector and still no progress in any such case. Now waiting to refund money.
Bigger Builder like Raheja got bankrupt and Govt did not do anything. If you make INR 100, Govt take INR 40 as tax/GST but if your INR 100 get stuck then help fro Government.

Even reputed builder like ats has not delivered. Their project in derrabasi ats lifestyle has not been completed since 2016.
