- no BS here boys and girls, follow alongside me in my journeys for more power from a stock power plant. This is my way of modifying a stock OEM klx110 exhaust.

When I was a kid I just took a big lond drill bit and drilled it out. Pretty fast lol. But I still like the video. Ps I do wish u put a bigger tip too.

I would say the way you modified the spark arrestor defeated the rest of the mods by restricting the surface area with the metal bars.
BuiltFordTough VERY negligible difference in real life. However on paper and in theory, I totally agree with you.
@@rushman160 Thanks for the reply dude. I did the airbox mod and drilled out the headpipe. With the proper jetting the gains where huge. I estimate about 1.5-2 HP, very noticeable.
BuiltFordTough of course man. But yes I think doing the exhaust and some intake work is probably nearly maxing the potential of the 100% stock engine. Good little gains that can be felt right away
