The problem whit those places, are next building close to you. I mean if you spend 30 mil one a place like that, you definitely fill it up with naked women, and your high butt naked. I know what happen in Miami come on. And then people how live in the other building will film your a++s
Chateau Beach Residence. Great penthouse, location and views. Value great among Sunny Isles penthouses. My #2 choice among them since I learned Turnberry will be blocked soon on the south side as it is blocked by Porsche on the north side.

At $3333/ Square Foot it’s over priced. More like $2500/ Square Foot $22.5 million is closer to the right number. IMO When you have a brand new building closer to that $2500/
