    He's right. I can say with 100% certainty from my own experience that sugars like fructose and starchy food are the unhealthiest of all, not to mention seed oil, like sunflower grapeseed canola etc etc that contributes to raising bad LDL and lowering good HDL
    I normally skip breakfast and eat lightly fried bacon with 3 large eggs, olive oil drizzled on top. Keeps me fuller for longer. Good for my purse too since it's cheaper compared to breakfast and lunch most of people consume.

    chickpeas, corn, spinach, soya , artichoke hearts, nuts and edamame have protein too . To get all of the amino acids your body needs, aim to eat a variety of foods, such as legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and most of the fiber vegetables have protein too . Not only eggs , fish and meat have protein . Vegetarian and vegans have so many options to get protein.

      - With a goal of eating better and staying healthy, there are so many kinds of diets now - keto diet is a popular one. Can you talk to us more about this? Which diet is the most recommended?
      - Many people are so used to drinking energy drinks, tea or coffee all day long instead of water. Is this healthy? Is it an addiction? How many cups of tea or coffee are recommended each day? Is it okay to drink it first thing in the morning?
      - Most meat comes from animals who are being fed a diet that is not natural to them. It is hormone and chemical fed. Is it okay to eat a diet heavy in meat? Is it considered more healthy to be vegetarian?
      - How to increase the weight of an underweight child?
