    Well done sir. I’m a fairly new player and subscriber, have learned a lot from you. The ring system has started to make sense the past couple of weeks and my game has improved a lot due to learning the rings. I struggle on the small adjustments though, the .3, .4. And so forth. It’s killing me in these tournaments. Heartbreaking to miss the hole by the slimmest of margins. Hoping that it starts clicking soon. Anyway, great video and I truly enjoy your content. You are one of the good guys.

    NOOB player here. This is the most clear video on this subject I have watched. Others talk so fast & assume player knows more than they actually do.
    I would have liked a bit more detailed explanation on the actual implementation...explain why u need to turn screen north (account for wind direction??), the difference btwn moving the SCREEN when setting up & moving the actual TARGET when making the adjustment (that was a bit confusing as a NOOB), what to use as your fixed/starting point when adjusting (I think u did quickly mention on the 2nd shot that u use top of ball).
    From what I understand these overlay apps no longer work so perhaps you could update this video with some tips such as: can I still use an app without overlaying on game? is there a web based app I can use in addition to the device I am playing with? etc.
    Anyway, after watching this I have a better understanding & will give it a go now by referring to my charts & doing my best to apply before timing out. (fingers crossed) THANKS

    • @ordinary_average_guy
      @ordinary_average_guy 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      To this point (3 weeks) I've been using notes that I've created based on my own & opponents shots. I've also watched some expert videos for tips (interesting how some of my shots differ from the pros) but I've never used any kind of overlay or wind charts yet.
      Played first 4 tours so far, getting a feel for the game/clubs & win 60-65%.
      HOPEFULLY using wind charts will improve my game. Can't even imagine playing it winds you mentioned at the higher levels!

    Suscribed, I been playing for about 3-4 weeks, completed tour 1,2,3,4, playing on professional leagued, played about 560 games with 67% win rate. I have not bothered with tour 5 yet, waiting to have over 200k and I wanted to have the the extra mile driver level 5, so far, I am 2 cards aware from level 5 upgrade. I been playing tour 3 for money and practice. But will switch back to tour 4 once I have level 5, as I found that most of the course, you really need a distance driver. I always struggled with the wind, but your video made so much sence, hence subsribing. Awesome guide, especially since wind guide is so important in the higher tours.
    Question: Joined a rookie clan, last season, made over 500 clan points and we were promoted, got a golf bag 2 unlocked but I have been invited to a higher clan league . If I were to leave, will I lose the access to the golf club 2 then?

    Hi there !
    Very interesting video ! Tx a lot for the clear explaination :)
    I have a question regarding the wind direction...
    Do we have to consider tail wind or head wind and so appply an extra % of adjustment ?
    If yes, how do you do that ?
    Tx a lot for your answer :)
    Virginie

    • @ErelicGaming
      @ErelicGaming  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Virginie I think that higher the wind the higher the secondary effect. This comes with practice. I def add a little more in headwind and take away in tailwind.

    I understand all of your stuff perfectly. The problem I have is how do I adjust .3 of a ring if I’m trying to do 2.3 rings with my big O fat finger? Maybe using my Apple Pencil would get my fat finger out of the way.

    • @ErelicGaming
      @ErelicGaming  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Ken, it’s a matter of practice. Some people do use a stylus, and many of us use a large screen like an iPad. If you are playing on a phone screen it’s still possible but much more difficult.

    Matthew, what do you consider the advantages of using grids over using the Take Shot button. I’m considering a grid system, but so far the Take Shot has been working well for me (although I’m only on Tour 8)

    • @ErelicGaming
      @ErelicGaming  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Justin. To me the main thing is that when I pull back the vertical grid line helps me know that I’ve pulled straight.

    Great job at explaining this system. Tommy explained that the yellow ring is 5 and 6, but it also has an extra 0.2 distance. Is that correct? Do I remove 0.2 if I calculate winds that are higher than 5 rings per wind?

    • @ErelicGaming
      @ErelicGaming  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey there I don’t disagree. However, I have provided in this video what I consider the basics. Tommy’s video is accurate and i would consider it an advanced concept to learn once you have mastered the rings.

    • @justinfreeman9289
      @justinfreeman9289 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Is this related to pulling through the center? I heard Tommy explain that pulling through the center is different than pulling from the bottom with rings less than 5.

    Hey Mathew, I noticed once you have your wind arrow pointed north. And when you count the rings, you start counting from the outside ring in, instead of starting at the half of the bullseye out. Does it matter?

    • @ErelicGaming
      @ErelicGaming  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      When I made this video years ago the green ring wasn’t a thing. It was much more difficult to find the center of the yellow reliably. As long as your consistent and the shot works I say go for it. As for the white ring remember when you have large wind amount you will pull more than 10 rings many times anyway.

    Thanks. I'm new, trying to figure this out. I've come across s couple huge issues I feel qualified to mention, being a former PGA member. By FAR the biggest problem with the game is in actual golf these "rings" actually exist invisibly for each player. Their opponent has no clue how much over or under powered the shot will be. In short, it's ridiculous your opponent gets to watch EXACTLY what the player hitting first is doing to shape his/her shot. The advantage of going second is SO enormous, in s playoff, which seems to be 75+% of the time. Please, please make the ring and all other adjustments factors invisible to your opponent. It's just WRONG and completely unrealistic. A coin toss should never determine who is closest to the hole. People can try and argue this, but it would be silly and wrong. Thanks for the videos and help. * Notebook cost $4 and had less than 4*s. I'll pass on paying for something that's rated so low!

      Hi Frank. Thanks for the kind comment. I’ve been a player and continent creator of Golf Clash for a couple years now. I’m just an independent dude who loves the game and likes to hang out on TH-cam. If you want to learn more about the wind ring system I created a video awhile back that last designed at beginners. th-cam.com/video/LFP7ENSsDTM/w-d-xo.html
      Playdemic, the creators of the game have a feedback system in the game if you want to tell them about your design suggestions. Hope you have a great day and good luck in the tourney! 🌟💥🌟

    Sorry I asked this question yesterday buti think on a different video for rings, I just estimate the rings but need to learn like you guys, can you please explain how to use the take shot button to do the rings. Sorry I saw your answer and thought I will just go back to it later and lost it, I want to thank you in advance because it's going to take me a minute to do it, and I will write to you once I have it down, if that happens, if not that's why I want to say thank you!!, and I will get it down hopefully it won't take forever.

    I’ve been playing this game a while now and mainly in the lower tours, winds of 2, 4 or 5 mph. In going into the higher tours with wind being much higher I’ve had my problems getting the ball close to the hole. I don’t use any type of system to adjust for the wind other than eye balling to make my adjustments. Needless to say I need help in figuring how to adjust and this video has me more confused. Uphill, downhill and other factors is probably going to take what little enjoyment is left. Doing all this figuring in the small amount of time you have to doesn’t even seem possible. I may watch this again a few times to understand what he’s talking about but it may be better to go back to jigsaw puzzles.
