Congrats on the milestone, Christine. Agree that it's hard to find Aussie content - but so glad to have found your channel! Good job with keeping on top of your temp blanket. Hope there's a lot more light blue days to come.
Stumbled across upon your channel, and really enjoying so now to do a binge on your older videos. Looking forward to new ones too and have subscribed so I don't miss any.... 200
Congrats on 200. I live in Hastings on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. I too am in my sixties and am just getting back into knitting and this year for myself. I also enjoy English Paper Piecing and sewing. Your upcycling sewing sounds really interesting. Can’t wait to see that podcast.
Congratz on reaching 200 Subs! There are so many now, it is hard to sift through some of them (channels) , especially if you have so many interests too lol! I recently stumbled on "mel makes staff" youtube channel, & have been watching her back catalogue, she talks in great detail about some of her makes, FYI! I'm pretty impressed with your slow fashion of weave, and indigo dyeing to sewn garment...cant wait to see it!
Thanks Julia. I found Mel Makes Stuff when she showed the Rowan Japanese book and jumper she made. I've gone on to find & order the book - one day I might get around to making something out of it, although there's not much call for a mohair jumper here.
@@yarnaboutyarn whaat, I wear my mohair items all the time. I'm actually wearing one now lol!!! it is fingering weight & mohair held together which is great to wear at this time of year. Next I want to make DK & mohair, I think that will be cozy when it's "really cold" here lol
Congratulations Christine! I completely understand the algorithm making it harder to find local/Aussie podcasters. And that’s exactly why I started too, I didn’t know any knitters local to me. Your temperature project is looking awesome!
Helloooooo congrats on your plus 200 x oh the temp blanket is looking beautiful I may join your make along I looked at the Murder of crows jumper pattern love it . Your Dyed yarns are delish
Congratulations on 200 subscribers. I'm rather like you, I don't jump on the most popular items bandwagon.

Thanks William. Any other videos you'd recommend?

Thank you Lorraine & Mimi. I don't think I'd have the patience for English Paper Piecing! It does appeal though as it's beautiful & also portable.
Congratulations on 200 subscribers, keep a great work with your podcast, greetings from Slovenia
Thank you Petra. You live in a beautiful part of the world - only seen pictures but I’d love to travel there one day.
Congrats on 200 subbies Christine. Your indigo dyed yarn and cloth is very lovely. Can't wait for the upcycled jeans video.
Thanks so much Emma.

I'm knitting DK & Mohair for the Akwak jumper (I think I said mohair & sock in the video). It's definitely really cosy.

Thanks so much Madeline. I'm knitting on my temperature project now as I'm a week behind - lots of blues this week!
Congratulations on reaching 200 subs. I’m enjoying knitting in the cooler temperatures. The heat didn’t stop me though.
Thanks Jennifer. Yes, the heat doesn't stop me either :)
