Cool project. Nice that you’re powder coating it before the body goes on. On future videos it’d be nice if the music wasn’t so much louder than the narration. Looking forward to seeing the body go on.
Love the videos. I didn't have this much trouble removing frame rivets. I ground them flush with a flapper disc. Pulled the cab bracket off and punched them out with a hammer and punch.
Yeah, sometimes less is more. I actually think a grinder and air hammer is the way to go. But if they're in a spot that you can get a grinder to them the torch is best
@decentgarage haha 😄 yeah I've realized becoming a homeowner doesn't add to your free time that's for sure. Don't know how you do it and have multiple kids on top of it. Kudos to you!
They both have different purposes. For a truck like this that will be used on the road 3 link is perfect. When you get in to off-road use, 4 link may be slightly better. You lose stability at higher speed with 4 link.
Tim thanks for this video l had just purchased a Nv4500 transmission mount from Charlie and some door handle plates, they are well built can’t wait to get home next week and get the auto tranny out of my truck and get the nv4500 in thanks again and thanks to Charlie, David
Tim, great video. This looks like a very nice kit from Charlie and I would like to pick one up. Planning on going G56 with my truck so it makes me a little hesitant now seeing the trans crossmember.
Just in reference to you r g56 video a little while back I seen and you had to move the crossmember back, I suppose a guy could build a mount off of this crossmember though@@decentgarage
Hola amigo cómo estás saludos acá de Austin Texas Freddy Delgado nice video ánimo con tus proyectos saludos y bendiciones para toda tu familia see you next video
I am sure the truck won't ever get worked heavy so not really an issue but those shock/struts are putting a big leverage twist on the frame rails they were never intended to carry load like that. I deally it needs a brace across the top of the two but the engine makes that hard to do.
Good point Brian. The trans crossmember also serves as the cross brace at the link arm bases and there is also a frame brace up by the steering box than goes all the way across as you. Luckily Charlie has done extensive real world anecdotal research on this setup both towing and offroad and it has performed phenomenally in both situations.
Great video! I have seen a white 93 W350 Club Dually for sale locally with that suspension setup. Probably built by Charlie, I'm guessing. I got to see the steering box setup in your video. I'm wondering how much lift would be needed to run that cross-over and how to retain some sort of sway bar keeping leaf springs. Getting the steering box out of the fender well would be nice.
All of those parts look like they are well designed and fabricated. How many work hours did it take the crew? Curious of the cost of the parts and installation?
I think I’ve asked you this before and never heard back 77 Dodge four-door crew cab the small window on the back door I’m trying to source those robbers do you know who has them?
Hi Tim, LOVE your videos! Always learn so much. You really try and learn to do the best job you can. Also looks like your skills are improving quickly! Could do without the unnecessary, EXTREAMLY LOUD MUSIC in-between the narrating. Your content is so good you don't need that.
Editing audio is VERY difficult to do because the output is not only dependent on how it's edited it is also dependent on the end users audio setup. The quality, tone, and level varies based on different devices and audio settings. I try to get it as balanced as I can and even pay an audio editor to do a full audio edit on the finalized video. I'll give them more of this feedback.
Outstanding reply! I know nothing about it but believe you that it is difficult to do. Your videos are getting better all the time. Thanks Tim!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback! I'll definitely make the music lower in the next video!
Come back next video and let me know if it was better 👍
Thanks Tim. Enjoying this build
Glad you're enjoying it 😁
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
You're welcome!
Also, would like to encourage people to watch ALL the past videos as they all are interesting, informative and FUN TO WATCH!!!!!!!!!!! 👍👍👍
👍
Cool stuff !
This truck should ride good ⚓️
Yeah, I can't wait to see how it rides!
This is an insane build Tim. Can’t wait for more content on it. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
Thanks George!

That's so cool, Charlie's work and products look amazing. Thanks for sharing this, I'm stoked for the owner of this truck!
Great job on the build, and the video too!
Thanks man!
Very Impressive Tim. Look forward to your progress. Spectacular as always. Great work.
Thanks Ron! Hope all is well!
Awesome build, that'll really help with the stiff ride on these trucks. Looking forward to watching the progress!
Thanks Tyler! Hurry and get your house taken care of so you can make more videos!
@decentgarage haha 😄 yeah I've realized becoming a homeowner doesn't add to your free time that's for sure. Don't know how you do it and have multiple kids on top of it. Kudos to you!
Tyler, he said in the video! “Redbull to keep us awake”.
That system will make a huge difference to the truck!!!
It absolutely will!
Does he offer a complete kit ?
Yes
Is a three link better than a four link

Everything his does is just the best quality!
Yes it is,

Just curious what make you hesitant about it?

@@cartergarvie this kit is completely ready and set up for a g56. No modifications required 👍
Cool build. Is that a sway bar or a panhard rod on the 3-link?
I believe it's actually a panhard

Gracias Freddy!
Would love this set up on my ramcharger.

The white truck is a prime example of our work
Yep, that was built by him! Looks stock but it's an insane build
Snap on air hammer with the chisel makes easy easy work of those.
All of those parts look like they are well designed and fabricated. How many work hours did it take the crew? Curious of the cost of the parts and installation?
To be honest, we didn't get started till Saturday at 6 pm. We had it almost completely done by 2 am. Just had to install the shocks the next day.
How much lift do you think it will be? Amazing 😁👌
It should be about 5 in the front and the rear
I think I’ve asked you this before and never heard back 77 Dodge four-door crew cab the small window on the back door I’m trying to source those robbers do you know who has them?
Reach out to Mark Taylor on Facebook or @keeprtuned on TH-cam, ig or facebook
It's not a sway bar, it's a track bar, its purpose is to keep the diff centered in the chassis thru suspension travel
Also referred to as a panhard bar
DUDE…..!
Yep... It's amazing!
Damn that drone operator )not a pilot( is paying hell of a lot of money
*Track Bar
Ooops
👍 Or you could call it by its original name panhard bar.
@@brentjones5227 I'll try to remember that! 🤣
17:48
14 hours
Lose the background music!!! It's way too loud and very aggravating!
Thanks for the feedback! I'll lower the music next video 👍
Come back next video and let me know if it's better.
I call bullshit on the rivets not coming loose
Why do you call bullshit?
I want your email I would like to check out the parts and prices
My email is in the video description 👍
I messaged you on private fb i have a few questions to ask
👍
