Awesome video Tim. Suggestion, would be a great idea to put a Bundy exhaust brake on it before the body goes on. Would be super easy to add and be a great addition to the build
Just found your build, very nice work. I’m at 95% completion on a similar build but with a square body Chevy and a 24 valve. Been a little over two years since getting started on it
Tim, WOW ! WOW ! WOW ! Your a Mad man what an Amazing amount of detail and work. Just IMPRESSIVE ! I would hate to have to be the one who gets to keep it clean, clean clean 😁😉👍 Great Job Tim ! 👍👍👍

TIM, Fantastic work, yes sometimes we are rquired to install then remove only to do it again and again, you have an incredible new chasis, the way you want it, most onky dream this! You have learned so much, way to go. ✌🏻 🧡 🇨🇦. P.S. You have a great channel , teaching so much! 😊
Hey Tim, for those front hoses, did you use the same part number for each side or did you use a Left and Right. Looking at Rockauto it looks like the one side has some weird bracket attached to it

Exhaust brakes are so handy in hilly areas.

Welcome to the channel! I'd love to do a square body Chevy 12 valve
@decentgarage, you should. Give me some motivation to put the p-pump 12 valve sitting on my shop floor in the 87 square crew parked next to the shop.
Someone would make a killing making new 30 gallon tanks and making new short bed tanks as well. Ive only got one tank that isnt well fucked.

What manual are you working out of? Right before break lines. Great work, living vicariously through you as I work on my own crew cab 12v. Cheers!
That's the factory service manual 👍

Did that G56 have the upgrade HD case?

Great question. I used the same part number for both sides. It's the one without the brackets and stuff.
Another solid video, Tim. We released a portable Jump starter. Can we invite you to do a review? We have emailed for an inquiry.
Where do you find that rear wheel anti lock brake valve? I need one for mine.
This one is from the original truck. Used ones are the only option.
Just curious why you didn’t at least partially box the frame as much torque as that engine is gonna be generating.
!!!
This thing is gonna be INCREDIBLE. Awesome job, man. Tuned in (subbed) for this !!! 🫡
