    There is actually a Beverly Hills in Cebu City home of several richest families in the Philippines.

    I have considered buying a condo and retiring in BGC. I just can't get over how it is close to the earthquake fault line. I bought on my next option which is in Makati CBD.

    Another good video of BGC. I'm liking this place more and more each time I see videos showing BGC. I'm finishing up my work stuff but I'll be retired in about 6 months and in about a year, plan to visit the Philippines (starting in BGC) for my 9 months exploratory trip, then (hopefully) move out there to retire.

    There are armed security guards in a lot of places in the philippines. So many that as a African American in Markina heights it scared me.

    Love your content. You do a great job! Key question for me is how is the woman situation? I have read that picking up woman in BGC is much more difficult to pick up woman than other parts of the Philippines. Your opinion?

      Thank you for the kind words, I have a “BGC Girl” that I’ve been with the last 4 months. To be honest I would say it is harder. In a less elite area the women NEED YOU in a BGC they have to want you. Certainly not impossible, take your time. Took me a year to find a beautiful financially independent (parents don’t need a penny) Filipina. 🫡

      @JasperinthePhilippines 💯💯 !! My friends out here in the States have gone through divorces and women with poor attitudes-- they really have no clue how amazing BGC and the Philippines is for guys who aspire to quality relationships and high quality lifestyle! Will have to bring them on a discovery trip soon-- 🇵🇭🇵🇭
      Even the service and friendliness is unmatched--- BH service is ok, but everything costs 10x more for not 10x gain! Philippines brings the value big time along with excellent service/hospitality!

      @@JasperinthePhilippines That is encouraging. The budget is after setting aside $500/month for plane back to Guam if I needed medicare. About 30-35% of Guam residents are Pinoy. I hope to check out P.I. after back surgery. Stay chill, Jasper!!

    Beautiful Place! I'm more of a semi-Province guy than a City guy, but I agree BGC looks great!

    Wow. Great insights from someone who was a beach guy transformed to be a city guy.. then again any location in the Philippines is just a hop and skip away from a beach. I can see myself considering the city life vs beach life.

    • @JasperinthePhilippines
      @JasperinthePhilippines  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ya I still maintain a condo on the beach in Boracay. But my girl lives in Manila so this makes sense. Thank you for the kind words.

      There are people who are just not interested on a beach life, including me. I'd be happy going around a mall in a city, or get excited on a theme park than stroll lazily on a touristy beach. I'd be happy to stay a day on a beach but let me go home the next day.. i could swim just fine but not an activity excited to go to. My life would seem boring but not to me, i'm happier with the city life.😊

      I went to Forbes park to visit my girl 10 years ago, and after the security guards cleared me ( meaning that they had checked with the household security of the family) , the lot where the houses were standing on did not seem big from the gate , but it went on and on once I was inside. At that time , the land alone was a billion pesos ( 20 million USD)… imagine the 2 houses that were on it …😎

    Davao and Mati are more to my liking. To each their own. It is a big world with lots of options.
