I think every time except public holidays is good. But yes businesses do pick up a bit of a speed during Jan or September.

Well, it depends on your lifestyle here. If you are ready to live in a bedspace and travel in public transport then yes you might be able to save. I hope that makes sense?

I don’t think so. At least not like UK and Canada. Here you won’t get good money on a part time job basis like you do in western countries.
