    In all my experience of 20 years I have seen some jobs as Flight Attendants with Emirates or Etihad pay really well and provide free accommodation with no utility bills and staff travel discounted tickets around the world. So, it really depends upon what type of jobs or skillsets you have in Dubai to live their comfortably.

      This is a very niche topic - though I do this being here in UAE, but I have my own circumstances.
      Best case would be to have some kind of manager who is reliable who is doing this as side hustle.
      Secondly, it would be better that investments are done in apartment complex (for easy tenant management, not necessarily better appreciation) where the system is run from central union so you can have control.
      Tell me the scenario you have for your properties to invoke the thought process.

    Hi Sir,
    I am receiving an offer from Fujairah with a salary of 50,000 AED per month, along with insurance and free children's education (even though I currently have no children). Is it a good place to live? And how much will I save there if I live a mediocre life.

    • @aviwa1
      @aviwa1 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Fujairah is around 100 km away from Dubai (just in case if you take Dubai as milestone).
      With education and insurance taken care by your company then you may easily save AED 20,000 per month, I think AED 30,000 is way to much to spend to live a good life in this small emirate of UAE (assuming you are married or living with someone without kids)...
      Also it depends upon your lifestyle, if you want to spend on all the fancy things, travel too much, and buy luxury brands etc. then even US$50,000 per month is also less...
      So it entirely depends upon your lifestyle and habits.

    • @WaliKhan_2k
      @WaliKhan_2k  29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      50K is a good salary for FUJ - but it all depends on what you expect while here in the UAE.

    My 2 cents.
    3000 aed initial deposits for electricity / water
    10k aed package for driving license for unlimited attempts. New initiative.
    Fully agree budget should be yearly.
    Some amount should be kept for maintainece car, home etc.
    And some for outdoor activities.
    In my case, I safe 15k aed yearly by living in ajman. The Downside is traffic, which is 1 hour in the morning and 1.5 hour on the way back

    • @Ajmal.Abbasi

      You travel by bus or your own car? For someone not having a license/car do you still suggest living in Ajman while working in Dubai?
