Great day really good to meet up with other TT owners and get the car on the rollers. I was down from factory BHP but still not bad for 20 years and 166k, need a new MAF which might help claim a few back. Thanks to Andy Charger for putting out the events video as that's how I found out about it.

@@TheParrottBros Mate, I keep burning every time I drive it, and I already have tanned arms! This is the most I've ever been tanned and it's 100% from the car. Semi working Air con makes it bearable though 😆 There are some days that are just too hot to drive around with no roof, but I'm a sucker for it. You've got to commit!

It sounds like a plane taking off! Also great to see that everyone's cars look as great as they perform and sound. The Green car paint work looks top drawer too. Well Jel for this day. I must get along to the next one.
I love days like this as not only is there a car park full of cars to look at, owners to talk to, a food place and there is rolling road to watch cars sound like they are taking off 😂. Some really nice cars here for sure, yes you need to sort that, also check if the reason it’s not working is because your fans have failed. Last thing you wanna do is over heat
Just got back from a few scorching days in the roadster in Pickering/Malton (bangers n cash area), got a great tan.😊 Loved watching this Dom, rolling road no good for me only being a 150 but great to see these guys making big power, the green one (Cambridge green pearl) same as mine is a rare beast. I never saw another tt mk1 roadster over the two days but plenty other makes/models still think the tt looks the best shape IMO and does make heads turn, my hoops have got to go black though, another job🙄

Hope those Monkeyz don't leak all over the dyno🤣....which brings me to a question...Dom, what do you have to do to prep your car to cope with the dyno????
They didn’t run ….. although they have been back since there last spillage and had a map put on the car successfully. No mate the dyno they usually run a soft run and do a health-check. It’s no worse than going off at the lights and going through the gears using all the revs

Looks like a good event! Just put my 225 back to stock and the proram 1000% helped it. Feels down on power now!
It’s funny isn’t it, I also feel like part of it is sound related, the open filter makes it sound faster which makes you think it is

Yes, sorry it was filmed after I had finished filming so sound was not great, Bryn wants a cheap V6 to do a turbo project on

Most wheels used are of the same rolling radius so shouldn't make much difference, but if you used bigger wheels and bigger tyres they technically yes
have a 2001 TT. not a Quattro. Need best strut tower bushings that fit. Got a link to these?
