This mouldy Audi TT has not been washed in 5 years! Today that changes. Myself and Josh from The Features Club spent the day deep cleaning and detailing this car that had sat on the owners drive way for the last five years collecting moss and grime! Its fair to say that this was one of the dirtiest cars Ive seen in a long time and cleaning a mouldy black car is alway good fun!
This video proves that detailing brings people together that share a passion and deliver happiness to the owners of these cars.

Snowfoam! As always Joe absolutely love the content. Best youtube channel for sure! Lovely Audi TT once finished! 👍👍
Wow thank you so much 🙏🏻
I am so glad you guys took care of those headlights. My favorite part of any detail is the snow foam. Great work gents.
Thanks so much. Yup Josh did a lovely job on those lights and I have to agree. Everyone loves snow foam!
Thanks for watching
Appreciate the comment. The headlights really finish it off 👌🏼
Beautiful transformation
Car needed this
Thank You 🙏🏻
Snow Foam. Outstanding job guys! It's fun to see you collab with other people.
Hey Geoff thanks for watching and getting involved.
Yeah I enjoyed the Collab and if it goes down well I hope to do some more!
I’m on probation Geoff 😂
Snow Foam. Great job Joe and Josh. Reminded me of the grubby Mini soft top you did a while back.
Hey thanks!!! Yes, I think your right. This one I think was dirtier.
Appreciate you watching mate.
Joe
Snow foam great to see some content from you both, look forward to more 👌🔥🙌
Thanks for watching and getting involved Scott. It's appreciated 👍🏻
Snow Foam! Well done boys, what a great video... and it was nice to see some of this live in action. Looking forward to the next one
Thanks bro. Thanks for taking the time to visit and photograph the actions!
Great to meet you mate!
Snow Foam!! Awesome video really enjoyed this one 😊
Hey! Thanks so much. Really appreciate you taking the time to watch
Joe
Hi guys great video .Hope you are loving the Washr pro. Quick tip you need to change your red cap with the black breather cap to eliminate overheating or pressure issues. 👌💪
Hey team! Thanks for taking the time to watch. Really appreciate it. Also we really enjoy using the products and are excited to get our hands on the new bits this year!
Thanks for the tip in the Washr. Going to get this changed out later on today.
Hope we can use more of your products in the future!
Joe
I recently cleaned my father's car which is a 2003 Honda and had been washed only once in the past 4 years - but kept in a garage. For a car parked outside, this TT has done remarkably well. I seemed to notice there was some damage to the paint on the bonnet - chips I assume? And a scrape as well. Washing my father's car exposed a number of small chips in the paint we hadn't even known were there under the dirt. I appreciate it's not the purpose of the video but in a way, it is nice to see realistic limitations of what you can achieve without major work on a car of this age which has been neglected for years.
Hey thanks for such a great comment. I completely agree. When the owner stated how long the car had sat for I couldn't believe it. I have to give credit to the owner and how well he looked after the car before it was parked up.
Coming back to your point, there was quite a bit of paint damage from where the moss had sat on the paint for such a long time. It has eaten into the clear coat in the same way bird poop does. Quite amazing. I've only ever done one can that's had this damage from moss and algae before.
Again thank you for watching and taking the time to write such a good comment.
Catch you on the next one..... Joe 🙏🏻
Hey thanks for such an honest and nice comment.
I think the car has done well due to the fact it was so well cared for before it was parked. Also it was very hard to capture quite how dirty this car was. Also once we were done the damage to the paint was still bad. If this was a proper detailing job for me and now just cleaning up a friend's car, the passenger side would need sanding to remove the damaged clear coat.
Again thanks for watching and constructive comment.
Joe
Great work, boys.
Thank you 👍🏻
Snow foam! Amazing job gents
Thank you!!
Hi Joe, another brilliant video,it was great to have Josh give you a hand on this filthy Audi TT,the results are amazing for a 2002 car.the codeword was snowfoam.
Correct Steven!
As always thanks for taking the time to watch and I'm glad you enjoyed Josh's work on this video! Seems like people are enjoying the collab.
Thanks Steve
Snow foam. Great video, keep em coming
Thank you 🙏🏻
Appreciate you watching and commenting
Snow foam
@@tclarity8432 nailed it 👌🏻
Snow foam. Excellent video and an excellent outcome for the owner, i hope they're loving their new look. By the way, keep adding outtakes 😂
Hahahah thanks mate. Appreciate the feedback.
I think we will need Josh back for some more outtakes! 😁
I think the outtakes made the whole video in my opinion 🤭😂
@@thefeaturesclub you are the outtakes! 🤣
“Snow foam”
Brilliant video 🚙
Thank you!
Great collab chaps👏
Thanks team 👌🏻
Snow foam. I can’t believe how much noise that clay bar was making! 😮
I know! I couldn't believe it either. The microphone wasn't even that close!
One thing that I noticed is, your pal, seemed to do most of the work 😉😅 "Snow Foam"
HA! Love this.
This is why he's in the video. Work smarter. Not harder....
I agree! Joe calls it a collab, I call it slave labour 😂
Keep up the good work bud .
- SNOW FOAM :)
YES Matthew. Appreciate the kind words 🙏🏻
Snow Foam- Another great detail Joe! My favorite part was breaking out the legendary Swissvax of course. Joe what me the best tip for using Swissvax? It’s my go to for my new white pickup truck. The directions say do not let dry. I wipe off after 2-3 minutes max. Is that ok? Appreciate any advice for Swissvax.
Hey Jeffrey thanks for watching and commenting.
I'm exactly the same as you. Most of the day time I like to use a foam applicator. Work it into a couple of panels. Maybe break the car down into four sections. The buff it off.
If I'm feeling saucy I apply it by bare hand. I normally reserve this for special cars due to the amount of wax you go through. If you check out the Jaguar XJ220 video you can see this method.
Again thanks for watching.
Joe
@@JoeHuntley Thank you so much Joe! I appreciate it! I did see that Jaguar video and loved that one too. Glad to see another loving Swissvax as much as I do. Love your work!
@@jeffreysabo3122 pleasure sir. Have a good day and thanks for the support
Snow foam great job lads
Hey thanks Paul 😁
Snowfoam. Just found this channel. Love watching a good valet
Well I am grateful for you taking the time to watch. Very much appreciated.
Joe
I believed most car detailer hate BBS wheels the most 😂😂
BBS some of the best looking wheels, but some times are a pain in the backside!
Does the snow foam help make the car water repellent or is that something else? Also loved the music in the background, make the video more ASMRy…
Hey thanks for watching and commenting.
This snow foam is designed for cleaning purposes. There are snow foams such as Auto Finesse Lavish that can be used as an LSP (last stage protection) after you have washed a car.
Hope this helps.
Joe
SNOW FOAM
Hell yeah!
Snow Foam. Bonjour from Montréal, Canada
Bonjour! Thank you for watching and getting involved. Joe
What concentration of Surfex did you use on the soft top?
Hey, it was about 1:6 on this top. Possibly could have gone stronger because of how dirty it was!
How comes you used a hose to rinse the roof when cleaning, but then used pressure washer on the roof when pre washing the body?
It's a discipline thing. Using a jetwash to clean a roof can often leave lines so I like to use an open hose. Then for the prerinse we were just rinsing the cleaner away.
I hope this makes sense
"Snow Foam" Hi Joe, What's a good soft top roof protector? So many on the market I'm totally lost..
Hey Raj thanks for watching and getting involved.
For me I think I like the gtechniq one. Two ways I would apply. First is a thick coat that I would use a brush to apply. The second way is to spray a heavy amount on. Put some gloves on then rub that in. Let it cure. Then mist a top coat on
Hope this helps mate.
Joe
That's great advice Joe, much appreciated 🙏 Hopefully you'll get to do my R8 Spyder one day!
Snow foam 💪🏻👍🏻
Thanks for watching and commenting Mr B!
Surprised that car started as these 1.8t have the ecu sat right at bottom of windscreen and it always made me hyper sensitive as ive had a sisking wet ecu before now.
Interesting, I didn't know this about these.
With a jump pack on the dead battery it started the first time with no problems.
Thanks for watching and commenting,
Joe
Snow foam mate well done I’d love to have business like yours
Thanks Adam. Really appreciate the kind words
Don't think about it just do it
what is the pressure in your device?
Im guessing you mean what pressure do we run the pressure washer at. That's about 1000psi
excellant car wash work.❤from rana ashfaq ahmad city sargodha pakistan.
Thank you so much 🙏🏻
Snow foam 🎉
Yes please Matthew!
Gloves ?
Sometimes.
Snow Foam 😊
Absolutely Jonny!
Amazing job, don’t understand why you do not remove the wheels to clean them, would make the arches much easier too and allow you to clean the back of the spokes.
Some time I do. Due to the time it takes to film in a day and detail we just couldnt do it this time.
As and when I can remove wheels I do!
Evenin Joe, Snow foam for the win😁
Thanks for another episode, what was gonna be on the trolley this time (last time the brush drawer😂)? Ah, doublin up the apc and snowfoam👍
That roof came up a treat too.
Was great to have a co host, makes the job so much more enjoyable and productive working with a mate. The outtakes were worthwhile too (swear jar got some use!), glad to see we are all human.
Keep it up Joe, all the best,
Nige
Hey Nigel. What a genuinely great comment. I really appreciate your kind words.
It seems that having two hosts can be better than one! People are loving two!
Also, now I feel the pressure to up the detail trolley shot next time.... Mmmmmmm
Joe 😁
Super 👌
Thank you 🙏🏻
so much easier detailing in the UK where there’s no sun
Hahaha love this!
But we do have short days and loads of rain.... I dream of a US garage to wash inside!
Bosh👏
Love that!
How much cost a full job like that ?
Hey, it truly depends on the car, age and condition. If you are interested please get in touch with Josh at The Features club and he will be able to help you out. Joe
Mine looks like that after 2 weeks :(
Oh man .... Keep cleaning
Esse carro vale ouro no brazil + 100.000 💷..
Wow 😲😲😲
What an Incredible video it would have been without the music.
Hahahah thanks for the feedback
Agree, or at least at a lower volume, 40% - 50% lower IMO.
The music only makes the video better!
You can't please everyone. There's nothing wrong with the music, it's definitely not crap music nor is it distracting from the content
@@TheDominic1011 thank you Dom!
🙌
Thanks Max!
аж глаз задергался, когда фары полировали даже не замаскировав кузовные элементы.
Hahahah it's ok we know what we are doing and how to do edge work!
Thanks for watching
Well done guys..please reduce the music cant hear what you are saying.
Hey Eric thanks for watching. Music has been noted. Thanks for the feedback.
Joe 😃
why would you not wash this beauty in 5 years?
Who knows? I guess sometimes life gets in the way!
snow foam
Yes please 🥺
Snow foam
Thanks Rhys! Appreciate you watching
5 years. Need no dilution pre wash and all the chemicals lol
😂
and what about the inside part???????????
anyways, great detailing👌🏼
Saving that for another day! Red leather covered in green mould 😲
forgot to detail the jack too while you're at it
You know this always happens!
nice video but, 15:48 wtf is that ?? what are those swirls, that looks terrible
Hey thanks for watching and commenting. The car was given a quick one step to brighten the paint work. We wasn't after full paint correction and defect removal.
Joe
@@JoeHuntley Oh makes sense, thanks for the clarification! In this case that close up shot was not necessary haha.
Five years you say🤔…. Looks clean for five years!!
Personally I’d say 18 months max parked near tress hence the green algae.🤮
Negative. Five years on a driveway next to a house.
It was regularly cared for and taken to car shows before it was parked which really helped it!
P.s no trees at his home.
@@JoeHuntley you answered & I never said SF!!🥱
@@darrenboston342 hahaha very clever Darren.... 😀😀
So many things wrong with that detailing I don’t know where to begin
Ah well. We had fun and the car got cleaned.
The lenses on the lights are very misted but then again Audi drivers are forbidden from using their indicators by the Audi Dealer
Hahahah yes we gave them a quick clean up but need some more intensive work.
Joe
@@JoeHuntley Very good and as the Audi Dealer would say Achtung 🙃
Cannot be because the Tires not so much dirty
Maybe if the car was driven the tyres would be dirtier. However it sat still for years and didn't move. Either way thanks for watching
C'est dommage qu'il y a cette musique, ça serait mieux sans
Thanks for the feedback. Less music in the next video 👌🏻
Good video. Would be so much better without the crap music! 😆
Thanks Kev.
I would agree but the music gives me a little bit of audio leeway with microphones
Why no gloves??? And why overdose the wax 😅
I'm not really a glove person...maybe sometimes, but not always
arrr freind !!!
Don't get jealous Mr Blackmore
yea right 5 years, its look like a year inside garage.
Ha. You must have some dirty garage mate.
bro, change the operator and work on the script. your videos will get better, you chose a good niche. but lacks quality.
Just a copy 😂 of the King… Vermijil
Wow I wish 😂
Wtf clay
Mmmmm not sure how to take this comment. I'm hoping that you agree about the crazy level of contamination!

Thanks for watching Joe!
The video is full of noise, and you use A7s3...how do you do that?🤣🤣🤣
Haha. Nice try. The video is not shot on a a7siii my friend. My camera shooting in log3 has a high iso.
Great looking but absolutely rubbish to drive
Thanks for watching
No saben lavar un auto
I think you are wrong. They do know how to clean a car. You just might not like how they wash a car.
Joe
@@eddguitars Yes you are correct. Due to the time it takes to film and clean alot of the process is not shown on camera. We would have loved to take the wheels off however we only had 8 hours to clean and film.
Joe
"...I've got a friend to help me wit it to die".
