    Hi Sam,
I found you a couple of days ago and set it up like you said in one of your previous videos, same structure as shown here. Honestly, you’re my Superman-our ROAS increased from 1.8 to 5.1 within 3 days. Additionally, our conversion rate went up from 1.5% to 3.5% and then to 4%. I have even increased our prices, and AOV jumped up from €68 net to €97 net.
Thanks so much, man! I watched like 1000 videos and I was going crazy. But this helped me so much! I have been doing e-commerce for several years and have a high understanding of conversion rate optimization and process optimization. But because of our bad performance in the last few months, I was losing trust in myself and tried too many things out, burning tons of money. It was like a vicious cycle.
    Best greetings from Germany!!

    1. Yes, you can double check that when you duplicate.
    2. Either way, if they don't perform, they will never drive meta to spend on it.
    3. Keep them running, they are the bar, the standard that your new ads need to overcome, to prove themselves. And they drive more revenue.
    4. I think so, A/B testing feels more like a test on the ad set level, or campaign. On ad level, it would be the whole alphabet, therefore it needs a new method.
    Hope it works :)

For the Broad packs, what’s the maximum number of ads I can include in there or should include in there (Min/Max, or is whatever)?
For example, if I have a video with 3 different hooks (3 videos total), another UGC video with 3 hooks, and let’s say 10 static image ads, should they all go into the same Broad pack, or would it be better to split them into separate packs?

Sounds like a tricky spot. Facebook can be finicky with verification across different levels. It's possible there's a discrepancy in how the card or the business portfolio itself is set up. Adding your card directly to clients' ad accounts might not violate rules, but it's a gray area and could risk account integrity if not handled within their guidelines. Double-check the business verification status on Facebook Business Manager and ensure it's fully set up. Have you tried reaching out through Facebook's support chat instead?

    Hi Sam,
I am currently using CBO for my testing campaign, with multiple 3 Broad_Pack ad sets (each containing 4 to 5 ads). However, after a few days of running this campaign, Facebook tells me to "Combine 3 similar ad sets impacted by fragmentation".

I wanted to ask what do you do with non performing ad creatives in the Prospecting Campaign. I do understand that underperforming creatives will get less spend meaning they won't be wasting as much spend, but do you pause them?
Also, if you make a CBO campaign, isn't likely that some of your good creatives still won't perform good (even if they are good) because they could simply reach a "bad pocket" on the first throw by Meta?
If so, are you not wasting the potential of several creatives?

My guess is that you season the pixel with your prospecting CBO. If your prospecting CBO doesn't produce any winning ads (ROAS + ad spend), you cannot create an ASC anyway since you lack the ads. When your CBO has produced a bunch of winning ads, you nurtured your pixel. So maybe the question would rather be: when to start the ASC campaign for scaling or am I wrong?

@@mrkhalid1337 well I’ve always heard that with a new add account you want to give meta some targeting suggestions so they learn your audience faster than just going broad with no suggestions. I’m thinking of taking a hybrid approach and starting the prospecting campaign with a narrow audience with targeting and get some data in for a month or 2 and then switch to broad targeting.

Hi Sam, what suggestions do you have for Instant Experience Ads if the landing page is Shopee? Cannot create ASC+

for shopee, use instant experience ads to highlight product benefits and drive clicks straight to the product page. focus on fast-loading visuals and clear CTAs. what’s your goal-more clicks or conversions?

What if your new creatives get no spend or like $1 spend in 2 days? would you even recommend testing 1 creative with an abo structure?

Thank you very much Mr Sam.
My question is that can this strategy also work perfectly for messenger ads campaign instead of sales?

Technically yes, the theory here is that is heavily tested says the same but it's always been tested eCommerce

Hi Sam, thanks for this informative and helpful video. Please help me by answering my following queries.
Are we adding the winning ads to interest first then to adv+ campaign, if yes how many days shall we wait before we copy to asc+? Or are we simply copying winning ads to both interest and adv+ campaigns together?
lastly, After 30 days when we would be trying the new interest, are we copying the winning creative to both new and old interest ad sets?
Thanks so much in advance :)

copy both at the same time, dont overthink it. copy into both new and old but really you shouldnt have dozens of interests, just 2-3
