Only a minute in, found your channel a few weeks ago after one of your videos pop'd in my searches (90+ minutes sale pitch and close). Haven't had time to listen to it all, but the quality of your content could be felt from the get go. Someone at work must start doing facebook ads and I'm the chosen one, apparently. I'm glad I found your channel, which led me to this video; hopefully this proves beneficial for our company! Also, that's a really nice looking AP!

Hey Iman, thanks so much for this video, massive value I appreciate it! I have a question, or for anyone who knows? When Iman talk about billing your client's AdSpend to their own credit card at 11:29, do you reimburse the client for the AdSpend?
I always thought that you included your Ad expenditures in your service fee.. ie; Charge $3000 and spend 500-1000 on ads, as needed?? Cheers
It all depends on your niche and strategy maybe you have clients that want to know how much you charge and spend and maybe you have clients that they give you money, get clients and they don't care what you do with that money to get that done

I'm in the "elite" dental niche, so I've seen some dentists pay upwards of 5k a month on useless guerilla marketing with other "classic" agencies. Bus billboards, paper mailers to current patients, etc. So I think as long as I bring the results, I'll write the rules.

I am currently taking your class for remote revolution. And this video was very helpful for starting Facebook ads. Honestly I’ve found my niche but I’m scared to reach out to clients because I don’t feel I know enough about ads and I don’t want to talk out my ass. So I’ve been trying to learn more about the process and this video was very informative. I don’t want to do the contractor arbitrage yet because I need all the revenue I can get. So I will be doing things myself so thank you for helping along the way 😊

If you implement contractor arbitrage they handle all of this for you
Only downside is you won’t take 100% of the cut
@@elo9908, so when I get a contractor and a client, I don't make an ad account. The client has to make it and then the contractor has to be allowed access to the client's ad account

I watched some of your previous videos about Ads and how to start an agency myself, but I need to say that I was scared, and it seemed really complicated, but after watching this, it feels way simpler and most importantly less scary and easy to get into. I want to firstly try running some ads for my dads real-estate firm and see how it goes, he doesn't have any advertising atm, only a few small billboards in our city. So I'm curious to see how this affects the amount of clients he will get. And when I'm a bit more familiar with the system I would try, like you recommended, reaching out to businesses and doing the same for them. If you are creating a page for your company your companies information is added and when you're creating a page for your client their information is added

The client makes the facebook page, and the ad account. The client then adds you to their add account in business manager and from then you can start working.
