I love crocs! I don’t care what other people think. I never experienced this much comfort in a shoe. My feet are so happy!😊
I have been purchasing the exact same style of croc flip flops annually from Amazon since 2016; do you know how livid I was this year with the current crocs craze which made my beloved unavailable?! 🤯 I refuse to wear any other flip flop, the comfort is unmatched. I’m hoping they will be available again in the winter and I will stock up!
Right! I remember I used to say “you will never see a pair of crocs on my feet” and now I have 5 pairs because they are so dang comfy!! I walk a lot at work and they are also slip resistant so I love them. I can walk for hours while wearing them!!

They are not plastic at all. They have slides, shoes and flip flops. I’m a pharmacist and stand 10 hours a day and that’s all I wear. The flip flops and slides are much softer than crocks, you won’t regret.
Totally agree with you regarding the bots. Such a destructive function in so many contexts and the problem just keeps on growing!

Happy Saturday, Dr. Dray! I use a pre workout on mornings I go to the gym. I can quickly drink it in a minute or two and get out the door, but with a hot cup of coffee it takes longer and I need more than one cup. I usually buy 3-4 tubs at a time whenever there's a sale.
I really like my "dressy" Crocs for rainy days! 🌧 Cute and functional for work and no worries about getting them wet. They also elevate a pool day outfit.

Experienced social media manager here. I wouldn't worry too much about influencers having bot followers unless they are VERY sophisticated bots (which I doubt exist). Buying fake followers can really pull down your place in the algorithm and screw up your results (very hard to recover from), Instagram can tell.

@@divitiae Yes! The lack of engagement. Also, they often don't match with your actual target audience. And also (what I've read in recent articles, this one could be wrong), instagram can tell that they're bots so they give less weight to the interaction. So many things make it a poor marketing choice.

I love the sandal style for crocks! I even have some platform heels from Crocks that are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I was wondering how Aveeno calm and restore nourishing cleanser compares to Neutrogena’s hydro boost cleanser? The cups your friend gave you are beautiful! The birdied probably can hold the tea bag strings too. I have the same issues with headbands creeping back.

I find the Sundancer hat from SunDay Afternoons is great for flopping on the back while in stores. The shape of the front brim makes it easy to pull back up on your head with one hand when you're ready to go back outside.

Would love to hear you medical input about the embarrassing stuff that some people might not be comfortable going to a doctor about like skin lumps and boils and infections and diseases outside of the vaginal wall things . Remove the stigma for some of these uncomfortable but very common conditions by getting people to feel ok to talk about and get treated

It's the malice acid in jolly ranchers that give you that mouth feel.
Love Portoello by Inspire coffee cups, especially the ones that are footed! It's like fine china for every day.

Influencer marketing manager here. We definitely can tell when followers and engagement do not align. Most brands have some sort of software or platform that will tell you if the account is legitimate and what percentage of a fraud risk they are.

I have crocs flip flops, I’ve had them for years now and they still look good.
Yes, pre-work out drink consumer - I typically drink coffee in the morning before running but in the afternoons/evenings, I have to remember to hydrate really well with the 100+ temps outside. I'm a salty sweat-er so I know I need more of the electrolyte minerals than most people, hence the pre-workout. There have been studies on how certain compounds encourage recovery too. It serves a purpose. Also, I know runners who can't tolerate caffeine pre-running, common runners IBD.
I use pre-workout because I go to the gym early in the morning and I hate coffee. There are versions of pre-workout that are caffeine free.
I bought the Ponds cleansing balm and love it. Twice as much than other brands. It does have a scent but pleasant.
I've never worn the Crocs. And no to the Pre-Workout must have coffee in the morning and the afternoon!

I put serum onto the backs of my hands too! Way easier to apply and dosent slip around and spill like when it's on my palm
I went from three cups of coffee a day to one abruptly… I had the worst brain fog.. I even blanked my own phone number when asked. So I went home and made another cup and like magic, I was back to normal.

I was in Mexico recently where Tretinoin is sold over the counter in pharmacies. I bought several tubes as it is much less expensive than in the US. I use 0.05 in a cream. The Tretinoin cream I bought in Mexico (name brand and generic) is more moisturizing and easier to spread than what the prescription generic I get here in the US.
It didn’t occur to me to buy some while I was in Canada, what a lost opportunity. 😩
I've had a prescription for Tretinoin (0.025) for a few years now. I'm occasionally given tret made by a different manufacturer than what i was given previously, not sure if i can control which one i they supply me with next, but my current one made by "Perrigo" has a really smooth, silky texture that spreads easily, so that a pea-sized amount feels like it goes farther. Another brand i've used before this felt somehow denser, a bit harder to spread.
