I always keep the lemon and the vanilla butter ones on hand, and they are more forgiving. Cinnamon Spice and Coffee come in handy as well. Also good: the Cream Cheese Frosting super strength flavor.

I make canna-infused chocolates as my medicine & the Lor-An flavorings are great in them. Super concentrated & hides the taste of the medication. Creme de Menthe & Orange are my favorites.
Cancer Council Face Day Wear Serum Hydrating Dewy Finish 50+ Sunscreen is my current favourite. It is a great makeup primer; even when you use a full coverage foundation...makeup goes on smoothly & evenly and it still gives a natural glow look. However, I have discovered that a matte sunscreen (UV IQ brand) looks more flattering applied in my tear troughs, rather than the dewy finish. Btw, Cancer Council CC Mineral Zinc Oxide 50+ is great too. The "light tint" shade option is perfect for the very fair skinned...as it's not orange at all. Target Australia has 30% off Cancer Council sunscreens as I write this. 👱♀️❤

Dr dray hi! I wanted to ask about applying skin care and sunscreen qs a man with a beard... or even over very short beards (?) when i did not shave for a day or two. Not sure if this is helpful, but best by/use by/expiration dates are only reliable for safety regarding infant formula. On anything else, it indicates how long that manufacturer can guarantee the same quality as the first day the item was made/packaged.
@Trinity M thanks for this, I appreciate your concern. I never keep mascara beyond two months as I've had eye irritation in the past too. Powder makeup seems to last beyond the expiration date especially if you routinely santitize it (there are TH-cam videos on how to do this).
You spoke mostly about how the DLC cream helps with acne breakouts and POD but you mentioned rosacea in passing. How does it work and how should it be used for small areas of facial rosacea for someone with mature, dry, very sensitive skin? Thanks!!
It can be used in a similar manner. It is anti-inflammatory and can help the papules & pustules of rosacea...i explain in more detail in my skincare routine video showing how to use the cream
I want to mention/recommend an incredible drugstore cleanser that I've recently started using. It's the Aveeno Calm + Restore Nourishing Oat Cleanser. It's super hydrating on my very dry skin. I'm guessing that it's Dr. Dray approved because it's fragrance free, dye free, and sulfate free. So it doesn't contain any ingredients that can be irritating to some people, especially people with dry skin. And it's formulated with oat kernel flower and feverfew (which I will leave it up to Dr. Dray to discuss the benefits of these ingredients. She's much more qualified than I am 😊). But I can say that it leaves my face feeling super clean without overstripping it. Just an overall good cleanser in my opinion.
@@Lilah1754 I'd say so, because it's very hydrating. It feels like a balm. It doesn't have any "foaming" ingredients than be drying to some people. It just feels like a moisturizing cleansing balm.

Hi Dr Dray love the video. What are the supplements you take on you that are on your kitchen counter?
Hi Dr Dray. Hope you are doing well. Have a wonderful weekend.
Thank you Dr
In Maui I noticed signs saying to only wear certain sunscreens in the water so as not to cause damage to sea creatures & shoreline… what do u know about those?
She's talked about the Hawaii sunscreen ban and she does have at least one video on reef safe sunscreens. Also, check out Lab Muffin. She's done videos including some of her myth busting videos on this. Dr. Daniel Sugai (originally from Hawaii) also talks about this occasionally.
hey doc, you look great in this video.
Good morning Dr. Dray!!! 👋😊💖☀️ have a great weekend 😉
Happy Vlog Day! Have a good one ❤️
Thank you for the great video. I saw some vegan melting chocolate on Amazon. Surely, Kroger sells it?
yesterday i've opened Beauty of Joseon eye serum with retinal and ginseng root extract. such a nice product! woke up with smooth undereyes and less darkness!! definitely thanks for Doc's recommendation!! try Y'all!!
@@trinitym5552 I'll open sunscreen next. Can't wait 😅😆😁😍
Always enjoy your videos DrDray😊 Have a great weekend🎉
why are we not talking about how funny you setting up the coffee was 😆
Hi Dr Dray! I was wondering what you think of the ingredients in the Australian sunscreen 'Ultra Violet' (clean screen and lean screen)? They are really popular here in Australia but Im not sure if they are worth the price. They advertise using new filters and vitamin E and Kakadu plum. :)
I haven't eaten chocolate (or other sweets in 3 weeks and it's killing me! 🤪🤯😬 I normally have a bit of chocolate every day. Even my electronic bathroom scales are confused, showing different weights within seconds! Maybe the battery needs changing? My new "Paramour" says I'm "perfect" the way I am...but I am dropping a few kilos for myself. I'm also swimming when I can to tone-up slightly. My body is looking & feeling better already.

Hi Nada! Hope you're doing well and are having a great weekend. ❤
@@marylawman8603 Just at work on my break...finishing in a couple of hours. At least I get paid more on the weekends!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend too!

Too much coffee? I use an individual drip cone and boiling water if I boil too much water I put the cone and coffee on a separate cup glass etc then I let it cool and put in a large refrigerator container. Cold coffee anytime you want it. Happy Saturday.
dr dray can you shared skincare for combination acne prone skin.tq for all those informative videoss❤
Not sure if this is helpful, but best by/use by/expiration dates are only reliable for safety regarding infant formula. On anything else, it indicates how long that manufacturer can guarantee the same quality as the first day the item was made/packaged.
Wow, I haven’t heard that before. I know my powder makeup and lipsticks seem fine well past the expiration date on the product
If you look up dr. Dray and sulfur, the video should come up. It's a good one. Convinced me to buy the product and I really enjoy it
@@DrDrayzday Thank you! 🤍
@@irisk934 Thanks! I will!
Wondering if it would work well on mature, combination skin?
@@Lilah1754 I'd say so, because it's very hydrating. It feels like a balm. It doesn't have any "foaming" ingredients than be drying to some people. It just feels like a moisturizing cleansing balm.
Check out her videos reviewing the Calm & Restore products 😊 She loves the line. I absolutely adore the Calm & Restore Oat Gel moisturizer
yeah Dr Dray has discussed this particular cleanser a lot and recommends it, as well as the other prods from the Calm and Restore line.
@@jenniferrichardson8474 Thanks so much for reply, will be giving it a try!
