Those places will be absolutely jammed in the summer months - the sun really brings the colours out in the stone used to build the houses too. The Cotswolds really are lovely, but very much a tourist trap too

Sandy,you would enjoy a stay at The Castle Hotel,Neath in Wales. Of course you would need a reason to go there (if or when rules allow) but from there you could do nice drives up into the mountains or visit Swansea and The Mumbles.
Hi Sandy, I love your vlog and your sounds! I just doing some study for my summer visit to Cotswolds. Your introduction is very informative and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't have a car so I need to go by train or join the local trip guide, thus the time to visit each place would be short, but I am still looking forward to visiting the beautiful village 😍

I am feeling so happy & also feeling so sad when I see vlogs on cotswold because i feel i have a connection of soul with cotswold though i never visit those places of cotswold....I am a Bengali (Hindu) by birth & I live in Kolkata (a city of India)...but I strongly feel an emotion with this place...I have visited churches in Kolkata & joined with them for prayer & also I have visited a church at Krishnanagar where I was born & brought up ( a small city in West Bengal, India) several times since my childhood...My family members (my father's family) think after my birth that I am a reincarnated soul..But I don't know why i feel an unexplained connection with cotswold...I am so eager to visit cotswold at least once in my lifetime...I don't know whether my wish will be fulfilled or not !!!

We actually 'just' rented it from budget cars. We picked it up at London City Airport and everyone thought we were travelling abroad hahaha

Yes December is great but of course not that green :) We got the car from Sixt and the farmers market is not the same :)
