@@twodogzdogue8710 just search papaya seeds parasites. But here's my conclusions of hours of research : take 30 minutes before meals or even castor oil to push everything out and start slowly with a few seeds up to 1 tablespoon. Add a little honey if you like. Freeze leftover seeds in a glass jar and take whatever you need. Use knife or whatever to loosen if frozen.
The active spicy antiparasitic and (hence) anti cancer component is the same as I'm garden cress and they're all wimps who can't get down a tiny bit of spice in my opinion! The frozen seeds with some honey are even like a treat for me. Like a little sweet spicy ice lolly 🙂! Enjoy getting well! And eating alkaline (raw organic vegan) always helps in eliminating parasites. Take a binder like activated charcoal a few hours later if you get nausea or other die off symptoms from it!

Similar to grape seeds, also very beneficial and most people just don't know it, as I didn't know for papaya.

sir benefit of taking grape seeds thanks is it black or green seeds

@@vsadha5241 You can buy OPC supplement, because it is more concentrated. The seeds are from black grapes, but they also must be ground for best effect. It's plenty of those in our country and it mainly goes to waste.

@@vsadha5241 I had severe pain and inflammation in my extremities, from hips and shoulders out, similar to artritis or maybe even it was artritis. Since I had also other medical problems, doctor didn't pay much attention to my complaints. But it was really unbearable. I could hardly walk stairs and do other daily tasks, I had problems sleeping due to severe pain and life was really miserable. Today, 2+ years later, I'm without any pain or other health related problems and also without any other drugs. Only vitamins and OPC. I hope it helps.
