Ate lots of tamarind when growing up, lots in the Philippines..eaten when still green with salt and pepper and when starts to ripen the pulp turns light green in colour, and has a sweetest taste, eat just like that and the seeds are chewable, until till they are fully ripe and brown in colour and the seeds turns very hard and very hard to chew and we just spit out the hard seed..I only knew now after watching the video that the hard seeds has so much benefits.. hopefully countries with lots of TAMARIND have learned from the video and make use of this fruit (pulp and seed) for good health wise.. Thank you for the great info!!!

The distinction between the tamarind seeds and the pulp is unclear in the video. For my knee pain and arthritis fingers, should I use the paste made by its seeds or by its pulp? Please give a clear indication. Many viewers are waiting for your answer. Thank you very much. I tried to buy some tamarind power from Amazon, but the product didn’t indicate it is made from the seeds or from the pulp. It’s really very confusing. I hope you could help me. Thank you very much.

Marie Santher, sure, this way he can sell you some drug. Arthritis drugs are some of the most detrimental for the body, don't take them. Go natural! Use tamarind if it is not helpful, try fasting for a period of 32 hours and then only eat chicken, butter, vegetables and eggs for a few days, that will relieve the inflammation. Do that every time you get arthritis pain until it is gone. It really works.

Hubby surprised me with sone tamarind, so I peeled them, boiled them slightly in some water, and then allowed them to cool. Then I took out the seeds out, placed them in a blender, and puree them for a very short time. The reason I treat food like this with such care, is to preserve the nutritional value. However, I wasn't thinking medicinal ay the time - I just LOVE tamarind juice, it reminds me of my childhood growing up in the Caribbean. Anywy, from that concentrate I made some juice. As I was enjoying a glass, my eldest daughter arrived hib'e from work with a terrible headache and stomachache. I offered her don'é juice to be nice, she took a sip to be nice back, and tube first sip took sessi her ailment. She drank the whole glass, but it truly took her headache and tummy ache away almost instantly.
Then I had a migraine, and it makes me nauseated, and thank goodness for yube juice. My husband came home with allergies and headaches, I just gave him a glass full, and went up fout a shower. I'm sure he's better by now. Asd child I hd no idea this was so healthy. Because it's sour, I bet you it's really, really good for the liver 😊
