Love Munch candy bars. If you could come up with a recipe for this it would be awesome. They are like peanut brittle but with a lot more peanuts that are held together with a glaze that tastes like toffee.

OMG thanks, I made Peanut butter mounds and I used chunky peanut butter and I roasted some fresh ones and crushed them too. I laced them with white chocolate and crushed brazil nut topping. I want to email mounds and tell them about my recipe cause these were delicious.
As with everything else at the grocery store, we are taking it upon ourselves to find ways to make “copy-cats” of foods we normally buy prepared. That being said, this sounds like a great way to make Mounds “copy-cats”. The bonus is that I can make these with my kids AND it doesn’t need to be all at once. I don’t know about anyone else here, but when I buy Mounds, my kids will just KNOW. Lol. The candies will be gone in a day and I may get one single piece.
I also think these would be great at holiday gatherings - perhaps in a smaller size like bonbons. Seems like they’d be a hit.
