How to Remove Chrome from Car Body Parts

I want to share an interesting observation. As you know, the surfaces of the parts for chrome plating should have an ideal and smooth base. Otherwise, chrome will highlight and show all the defects on the finished product. The initial plans were to restore the chrome coating and, accordingly, the aesthetic appearance of the part. But I couldn't even think what kind of detail I would get in the end, after removing the old polished chrome coating.
And after removing the chrome, I decided not to apply a new coating, and the result seemed not only aesthetically more attractive, but also much more practical.
