Lot of drivers in markets ( all Punjabis) want to drive trucks. All cheap desi people are coming into trucking and they don’t care about market.

Rates are already down the drain. Being a small business owner, I feel the pain. Deception tactics hurt our customers and sentiment against our community.
Simply, people don't like to give us business.

har jana khana canada trucker banan aunda lakha la k, this students who are protesting 8/10 will be driving trucks and doing other courses in colleges making who fool? themselves or immigration😂 rest this punjabis who drive truck here 9/10 only do it for money they wont even touch this job in India.. put all the truckers in payroll and link their mortgages to cra (mortgage fraud and housing prices in brampton will automatically go down) we who work hard on payroll paying taxes are not stupid serving canada not doing tax fraud...
1 payroll worker who make $5000 biweekly pay almost 1600-2100 on taxes other deduction but the truckers who are not on payroll hide this money and save all the taxes. once they all are on payroll majority of drivers who are driving truck just for money will leave the job. Supply will go down and demand will increase in trucking job industry and wages will increase also
Free market, if you pay more for transportation then you will pay higher for food, clothes etc.
If 60% of the trucking population is Indians then make a co-op
