The "quick release mount" actually is very slow.
For the pivot mount that bundled in the GO 3 package, both GO 3 and Action Pod can be
1. Magnet lock
2. Both side lock
instantly and automatically when it place to the pivot mount
For the quick release mount
1. Magnetic lock very quick
2. Both side lock, very slow, have to use two hands and four fingers to press both side to make the lock work. The Action lock is better, the GO 3 should take at least 10 secs to lock one side manually (not automatically), and then another 10 secs to lock another side manually, that means at least 20 secs.
In conclusion, the quick release mount is very very slow
