  • Today I had the honor of interviewing Matthew Stephenson who healed from Psoriatic Arthritis that started by a sudden onset of pain that paralyzed him.
Unlike most healing stories, Matt healed himself by understanding and believing in scripture before he even discovered the Mind Body Connection.
In this episode he talks about the role of belief that He was healed, visualizing yourself healed, and using your tongue to claim the truth, and the rejection of acting like a victim.
Proverbs 18:21 The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
“A calm and undisturbed mind and heart are the life and health of the body…” Proverbs 14:30

Such a wonderful interview! (even as I happen to identify as spiritual rather than Christian). "I am already healed" really moved me; and also "Believe it, receive it, leave it". Thank you Jen and Matt!

Enjoyed this video! Inspiring testimony 😊 love what you said Jen about prayer often wiring in fear. I’ve started praying out of thanksgiving for answering the prayer as if I already have it for everything I’m praying about. You can just feel the difference of coming into agreement with the HS in this way instead of praying from a place of lack. ❤

This was so so good. I listened to it twice. I agree with everyone’s comments, so many incredible nuggets. I also love Matt’s phrase “Faith is voice activated”!! I needed to hear that also.
Thank you Jen for all your incredible content you provide us. I’m always hanging out for the next one ❤❤

WOW! Thank you for your powerful testament!
I love the power of positive prayer and the way that you spoke you’re healing into existence through Gods grace gives me so much hope, as I am a newcomer to this mind-body healing journey.
Also, it was so healing that you included proverbs 14:30, A calm and undisturbed mind and heart are the life and health of the body, but envy, jealousy, and wrath are like rottenness of the bones...
this is so helpful to me, because as someone who suffers from chronic pain, I just realized I have a tendency to feel jealous or enviousof others who can do simple things like walk a dog, jog or play tennis, it made me recognize this tendency.
I need to start focusing on things like visualization, as you pointed out, and God’s promises, instead of allowing my human shortcomings to bring me down.
Thank you Jennifer, for putting in the work to make these resources available to mind body syndrome suffers who are finding their way!

Hello, Jen. I really love your videos! God bless you! May I ask do you work with people with chronic dizziness as well?

    • @ThoughtByThoughtHealing

Chronic dizziness is often TMS - I work with anyone that has symptoms caused by the brain, so yes 😊.

Hi Jen, I am a lover of our Lord and Savior and I enjoyed your video.
You personally also captured my heart. 🥰
I noticed you do not have a ring on your finger and therefore I wanted to reach out to you publicly to show my interest. I am not ashamed to reach out to an amazing woman of God like you.
I would love to have the opportunity to chat with you and see where the Lord leads. 😇
If you happen to not be single but without a ring, then I apologize.
God bless you and I pray the Lord will continue to move in your life.
I hope to hear from you. 🥰🌹

That bit about playing ourselves down (or speaking negatively to ourselves) can be likened to flogging ourselves mentally…and God said not to be like the religious looking people or pagans who whip, flog, or pierce themselves…in a way it’s false humility and debilitating.

My aunt has this condition her fingers are swollen and deformed. Are you saying mind body syndrome can heal her and her deformed joints

    • @ThoughtByThoughtHealing
      @ThoughtByThoughtHealing  ปีที่แล้ว

Everyone will have different perspectives on this. I wouldn’t know without talking to her. She could take the pain test on my website to help determine if it is neuroplastic pain.

@@ThoughtByThoughtHealing she would score high on it because of the pain she is in. My question is I won't how much tms would help when it's affecting someone on a biological level if that makes sense? The guy in your interview is on a cellular level in that nothing physical has changed in his body. He has chronic inflammation. My aunt is changing structurally her had fingers etc are deformed. What's your thoughts on this?
