Why keep rolling the gold so thin and making everything hollow? Just carve the snakes, make a mould and cast them in solid gold. People do not want hollow jewellery filled with fresh air.

It is impossible to say from the video, if it is Lightning Ridge Opal, maybe 10k all up. If it is treated Indonesian Opal, 5k.
